We liked the location, it was close to the city center, quiet and safe. The neighbors were very helpful and reliable and also very kind. The balcony was a very good plus. The kitchen was very convenient and equipped.

First of all, when we arrived the host wasn't there. We had no internet so we asked the neighbors to contact him on our behalf but he didn't answer any calls. A neighbor shared their wifi with us and we sent him a message on WhatsApp. He answered half an hour later even though we have already given him the time of our arrival. All in all, we waited two and a half hours for him in the hall of the building. But he never showed up and he sent us instructions on WhatsApp even though we told him we would not have internet. Inside the apartment, we had no wifi, the wifi provider he gave us was unavailable in the entire building. On the following day, he sent someone else to collect the payment. It was a woman we had no contact with before. We asked her about the Wifi and she said she didn't know how to solve it because they never had that problem before. She called him in front of us but he didn't answer. And she said the router of Wifi was in another apartment that she had no key to, so they never fixed it and we had no Wifi during the entire stay. Also: The shower is old and not working properly. Since he never showed up he never took our personal information so when we left he sent us a message on WhatsApp asking us to send pictures of our passports which we didn't think was a safe thing to do.

very disappointing, unreliable hosts but did the job

the property was in a really good location in Bologna, it was really clean and there was a great balcony!

no wifi (even when they said they did have wifi on the website) host was 45 minutes late than the agreed meeting time, didn’t send any texts either at least to say they were gonna be late. we thought he wasn’t gonna turn up so we were panicking! they tried to overcharge us by €10 when they did turn up, we weren’t having any of it and eventually they agreed on the original fee.

An extremely small studio, overprice with no character or charm

Much smaller than any experienced in our 3 weeks in Italy. Even though we paid a premium price due to a convention half of what we paid would not have been good value. The bed is squashed against a wall meaning the second sleeper has to climb over the first. Everywhere else has provided three towels per person, here it is two. The kitchen is very basic, just two spoons, cracked crockery and few cooking utensils. I could say more!! There is nothing positive I could add.

Comfortable place in Bologna

The apartment is well located — in the historic centre of Bologna, but away from loud streets. We arrived early, nevertheless the staff managed to meet us. It is very clean in the apartment, all facilities are working properly and there is enough kitchen appliances to cook. Everything was very nice, thank you.
