Τοποθεσία,πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο 10λεπτά με τα πόδια,υπέροχο στρώμα στο κρεβάτι και πεντακάθαρα λευκά σεντόνια και πετσέτες,ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετικότατη η κοπέλα που μας περίμενε.το συστηνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Θα ήθελα καλύτερη καθαριότητα στο μπάνιο γιατι το υπόλοιπο διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και να έχουμε ενημερωθεί ότι είναι στον τρίτο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ.

The property is a great size for a couple. Well laid out; very clean; comfortable; king size bed; excellent shower; more than adequate kitchen; very quiet. The location was excellent - a short walk to Piazza Maggiore and all that Central Bologna has to offer. Also, local amenities on the door step.

No complaints about the property itself. We really enjoyed our stay there. Perhaps the communal area, the steps to the apartment, could be a little cleaner?

appartamento carino, posizione ottima

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento da 29 dicembre al 1 gennaio 26. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato gravi mancanze; la più importante la pompa di calore NON FUNZIONANTE (fuori le temperature erano bassissime). La soluzione propostaci è stato un calorifero elettrico che, insieme ad una stufetta già trovata in struttura, sarebbero dovute bastare per scaldare bene... in realtà rivelati insufficienti, in casa costrette a stare con maglioni e piumini. Fortunatamente in bagno c’era uno scaldasalviette elettrico (che abbiamo dovuto resettare in quanto andato in tilt). Altre mancanze: televisione che non si vedeva, telo grande da bagno liso e pieno di strappi sostituito con 2 salviette ospiti, forno non funzionante. Per concludere, appartamento carino, posizione ottima, ma gestito malissimo, disinteresse totale da parte dell’agenzia verso il cliente. Sconsigliato vivamente.
