Comfortable apartment for a small trip to Bologna with a great location near the city center.

Quiet location near the city center. There was enough space for a small group of friends. The loft was clean and everything worked. The instructions for entering the apartment were also clear and the host was very kind.

The shower in the apartment quite easily overflows.

Damp. Mouldy. Broken toilet seat. Had to sleep on the floor to avoid the mould. Stairs were dangerous and impossible to take a suitcase down. Also if anyone is tall, large or old it is extremely dangerous. There was hair in the shower, mould everywhere, everything was damp. Couldn’t dry clothes because the room was so damp. Downstairs is shared with a toilet so it constantly stinks. The toilet isn’t enclosed so you can smell everything when you got bed. Toilet seat was broken and judging by the reviews prior it sounds like it was broken for a while. I was messaged the day of my booking to say it was going to be fixed during our stay but didn’t hear a thing. Worst place we stayed in 5 weeks in Italy. And most expensive. People were urinating on the street out the front of the building when we came home and dog poo everywhere. The only window downstairs is the back of an AC unit so all the dirty air just flies into the room. The upstairs shower is like a bad outdoor shower, window to the shower looks at the communal courtyard so people can see you showering. There is nothing too about this place. Serious cleaning and renovations are needed and if you have booked here, cancel immediately and find alternative accommodation. Waiting for a refund because this was dangerous for our health. Couldn’t book alternative accommodation because this was so expensive and couldn’t find anything on short notice. We left a day early to go to Rome instead. This place is horrible.

good location, fine for the price, felt pretty dirty the whole time

location, good amount of space, felt safe, looked cool

bugs in the shower, towels and blankets smelt like mildew, apartment in general smelled, couldn’t get suitcases downstairs so our stuff was just everywhere in the living room, dishwasher smelled so bad, because there were bugs in the shower we all took baths which made the bedroom damp and uncomfortable, not enough toilet paper and no paper towels

Location, host, facilities

I liked the location defo, very close to Bologna attractions. Communication with Arianna was really good before and during our stay. The flat is interesting, but it would be helpful if the guest could receive in advance a bit more information about lower level of the flat, actually sleeping room is literally in the basement. It is not problematic if you are young, but it might be problematic for the older people. All in all, really good value for the money bearing in mind all aspects. PS the flat is very clean, huge plus.

The artistic chair, the narrow stairs. My family is slim but an overweight person will never fit down the bedroom stairs (this should be noted in the description of the apartment if you have guests from the Balkans).

the stay was great except the staircase

property was well designed with nice pieces of equipment. It was fairly close to the city center

the only think we didnt like about the properly was the very narrow sprial staircase to the bedroom. It wasnt mentioned in the listing and I am glad that there was no one orthopedically restricted or overweighed with us which would make for them impossible to use the bedroom. The property was very elegantly designed but definitely not comfortable for 5 people.

Well location was in the old town of Bologna, close to the touristic locations.

One should use the stairway to go to the master bed room, but the circle of the stairway was pretty narrow and my wife was scared of falling down every time she went down to the bed room plus I am a kind of obese so I had a hard time too.

It is a great place to stay in Bologna. Very good contact with the owner, we knew everything before we came. Appartment was super clean, very well eqipped, ther was everything we needed. We felt there like home. Location is perfect - quiet but very close to main attractions. Hope to come back.

Nice and spacious apartment for 6, in the city center (historical part), with facilities nearby

Close to the city center, the Piazza Maggiore, nice host, easy and rapid to communicate with him, even though he was in the other part of the world, nice neighborhood, easy to enter the apartment.

It is not something we didn't like, but in the explication on how to arrive from the airport, it wasn't very clear to us and we got lost a bit. But we figured out and after knowing the city a bit, when we returned to the airport, there was an Expres Bus/Train (Marconi Expres), from the Stazione Centrale Train Station directly to the airport in like 10 minutes. But all in all, we enjoyed it to the fullest, for a 5 days-stay.

The entrance door with the code was little bit tricky. We received a pretty detailed description about the apartment but for the entrance door it was not enough... As the owner was not available there we had to call the maintenance guy who did not speak English but was very helpful and nice and let us in the apartment with his spear keys and explained how to use the door.

posizione ottimale, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale (per chi viene in macchina, attenzione perché si tratta di zona ZTL).

prima del nostro arrivo la casa non é stata sicuramente pulita, abbiamo trovato utensili della cucina sporchi (bicchieri, tazze, stoviglie), tostapane e microonde inutilizzabili, cibi aperti nella credenza lasciati probabilmente da inquilini precedenti. La proprietaria di casa é stata disponibile a seguito di testimonianze fotografiche, avendoci rimborsato 10€ a testa insieme alla restituzione della caparra.

Łazienka była nieposprzątana przed naszym wyjazdem, czystość w mieszkaniu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Robiąc rezerwację dla 5 osób na kilka dni nie dostaliśmy zapasu papieru toaletowego. Człowiek odpowiedzialny za obsługę mieszkania w Bolonii jest bardzo nieuprzejmy.
