Great stay for 4 people

The apartment was very clean, with good location and super comfortable for 4 people. They left us breakfast which was very nice. I highly recommend it 😊

A great apartment. Its just a shame about the poor communication before arrival day.

Spacious and clean!Definitely recommend it!

Very spacious and clean with goods for breakfast! Baby coat without asking was a relief. A big thanks for that! Hot water 24/7 and heating. Renovated new furnitures, big tvs with netflix YouTube, very good WiFi. Everything we want in the kitchen fully equipped And big bathroom with soaps. Bus stop nearby. We found only one bus (19) that goes straight to the city centre (Mon.to Fri.) otherwise you have to change buses.But severals buses that goes straight at the train station. Bus stop a few meters away (7sec by feet) Marconi is more central. It will be very helpful to have instructions like that in English in the apparent. There are only in Italians.

Id like to have more towels and bigger for body, and a second bath mat. Hangers for towels to dry, ok it has the radiator but they didn't all fit in. More pillows and harder ones. The elevator was small but it was ok.

Everything was fine.

Nicely equipped and clean small apartment. The location is at the edge of the old town and we were walking distance from practically all points of interest.

Finding a decent parking, given the ZTL in Bologna, was not easy. The apartment does not come with any kind of parking and the host does not assist with the parking situation.

Disappointing

The location

Room was not made up from previous guests when we arrived at agreed time. Air-conditioner not working so room was very hot and humid. We diagnosed the problem ourselves as the host was not particularly concerned or offer any compensation. Parking, which was NOT included, cost us €66 euro for 3 nights. Parking should not be on the listing as it is not included. It was one of the reasons we booked this apartment. A very disappointing stay. Would not recommend

Nice clean appartment near city centre

Clean, comfortable, has everything you need for a weekend stay in Bologna. 15 minutes walk from the city centre, 20 min walk from main station. Coffee Nespresso capsules, milk, water and some snacks waited for us in the room, which was amazing. There was also salt, olive oil and pasta even though we didnt use it, it's quite convenient. Bed is comfy, TV with a lot of channels /Netflix /YouTube. Bathroom has everything you need, shower head is amazing. Soft towels. There is a salumeria/coffee shop just accross the street, small grocery shops are near. Overall very nice.

it's a good choice for city trip

we booked for one night stay to visit Palma. Really recommended for city trip. short walk to the city center and not far away from bars to have a glass of wine. We had everything we need.

Apesar dos pontos mencionados a estadia foi ok.

A cama é confortável, o chuveiro é bom, tinha cápsulas de café, bolinho, sucrilho, geleia, macarrão, uma latinha de atum e um mollho. Tinha maquina de lavar roupas, ferro.

O apartamento é longe da estação, então com malas pesadas sofremos para chegar nele, por isso voltamos de Uber. O apto também fica distante do centro, mas sem malas tudo bem. Os travesseiros eram horríveis e não tinha varal para estender as roupas. O elevador é estranho, mas funcionou bem,

L'appartement est bien équipé. La proximité du centre ville.

L'absence de parking. Les parkings publics proches ont des coûts exorbitants, comme d'ailleurs les taxes locales.

De airco werkte onvoldoende. Kleine ruimte. Het was niet veel meer dan een kamer met douche. Geen persoonlijk contact met de verhuurder. De informatie kregen we via de app in het Italiaans. Verzoek om vertaling werd niet beantwoord. Pas laat in de avond.

appartamento piccolino ma confortevole con tutto il necessario, posizione ottima e strategica. Cucina nascosta super funzionale con cibo e bevande, se ci fosse stato un piccolo forno sarebbe stata ancora più perfetta. Veniamo spesso a Bologna a trovare i nostri amici perciò torneremo senz'altro ad alloggiare qui.
