Absolutely terrible! Way too hot, way too dirty

Leaving it as early as possible but at least there was a washing machine to do the washing and easily dried because the apartment was a sauna

First of I have never written a bad review but with this place i had no choice. Didn’t like carrying 4 suitcases up 86 steps with rat traps at every landing only to enter an apartment with not only no airconditioner but it was hotter than the stairwell i just climbed. The shower was mouldy, the fridge was dirty and the single room was like an isolation prison cell. The kitchen was a mess and a dirty tea towel was just hanging there. I tried desperately to cool the place down by opening all the windows. This helped a bit but not with neighbours smoking. it’s not a place you want to stay if it’s any hotter than 28 degrees. My daughter got heat stroke. I contacted the owner they replied it’s 8 degrees hotter than usual. Ok thanks for that. But reviews from previous years stated the same thing but you did nothing and obviously you know how it is in summer, it’s actually a crime to even offer this accomodation and Booking.com should not allow it.Your apartment is not good for summer stays AT ALL and what i can see from your reviews neither is winter. Now i know why you send instructions via whatsapp and have no customer contact. It’s because you are embarrassed of your property but gladly take people’s money. Booking.com we are not happy at all this is unacceptable we were not able to sleep at all in this joke of an apartment. You have facilities for children but I would never allow children to stay in this disgustingly dirty sauna you call an apartment.

Good value for money, decent accomodation.

Good location, close to city center. There are around restaurants and Cafes. I like the posibility to enter the apartment contactless. The owner responds quick on Whatsapp and helped us with all the requests.

The heating cannot exceed 20 or 21 degrees. The owner said that this is a request from Municipality(to not exceed 20-21 degrees heating) Was a little bit cold in the evening or in the night. One bedroom is open space, so you enter in the bedroom directly from the entrance door.

If you go to this place during the summer, beware.

The location was good, not far away from the city center. The internet was OK.

The property is located on the upper floor, and there was no air conditioner. During our stay the temperatures reached +36 degrees (mid July) and it was physically extremely hard to live there, I am not even talking about taking a nap. The bathroom became a greenhouse, no joke. In my opinion in such a hot country like Italy an air conditioner should be a must, it's a shame this is not the case here yet. There is no dishwasher. Per se it's not a big issue, but the dishes were not completely clean (I have taken the pictures), so apparently having one would improve the situation. In my opinion, the guide how to get to the property was too complicated, but we managed.

It's just ok

Location was excellent

There was no living room as it had been turned into a bedroom and was connected directly to the kitchen so no privacy for that person. There was effectively no tv or sofa. It was also very warm.

On 3rd floor with no lift. a little dated. the smaller single bed had a window at floor level that opened, very dangerous for small children (we put the chest of drawers in front). No wine glasses or bottle opener. a little dated.

Location is good, access to flat is so easy with very clear explanation staff was helpful by text message.

Great Location and Great for Families

Check-in was contactless, done via calling a number to let us in the building, and then getting inside was explained with really clear instructions, which was very appreciated. The apartment was more spacious than we realized and we loved the layout for our family. There were toys for the kids to play with and they really enjoyed them! The location was fantastic. Very close to public transit, but also a really simple walk to the main sights. Lots of shops and shopping that aren’t far, and grocery options too. There are restaurants that are close, and we felt like we were in the middle of things without it being noisy.

We loved it, but I want to mention a few things: -there are lots of stairs and there isn’t a lift. It was completely fine for us, but depending on the group that could be a problem! -there’s a small window at child level in the small bedroom that is easily opened. We moved the desk in front of it so our three year old didn’t get any ideas, and she probably wouldn’t have, but it’s worth noting. - there is not extra toilet tissue stocked here, so you’d need to bring your own if you might need more than one roll. Again, fine, but would have been nice to know!

Nice apartment in a historic building in central Bologna

Excellent location, close to the city centre, some of the great bars (Il Punto, Brewdog) and Paladozza basketball venue. Apartment is in an old, historic building, but well renovated and equipped. PiereLuigi (our host) was helpful and available on his WhatsApp throughout.

Not particularly related to the property, but a wider problem in central Bologna... finding a parking spot can be a nightmare.

Wszędzie brudno, materac śmierdział, odechciewało się na nim spać. W prysznicu brud i syf, warunki okropne. Z czymś takim się jeszcze nie spotkałam. Mieszkanie ma potencjał, ale trzeba w niego włożyć trochę pracy, wysprzątać i wymienić meble. Wymienić prysznic ! Grzyb między kafelkami zatuszowany sylikonem. Na ścianach grzyb.

Wir waren Anfang Oktober in der Unterkunft – eine Zeit, in der es schon etwas kühler sein kann. Wir hatten die Heizung über das Thermostat geregelt, jedoch stellte sie sich nach einiger Zeit immer wieder auf 19 Grad zurück. Untertags funktionierte die Heizung allerdings problemlos. Vielleicht haben wir sie einfach falsch bedient, daher werte ich das nicht negativ. Da einige Bewertungen erwähnten, die Unterkunft sei nichts für die kalte Jahreszeit, möchte ich ergänzen: Die Heizung würde im Winter definitiv ausreichend wärmen – allerdings, wie bereits erwähnt, vor allem tagsüber.

Mieszkanie wygodne i blisko do centrum

Apartament duży, przestronny i wygodny. Jedna sypialnia jest urządzona w przedpokoju i nie jest zamykana. W kuchni tylko podstawowe sprzęty i dość mało szklanek i talerzy. Mieszkanie na czwartym piętrze bez windy więc jeśli masz duże walizki albo dziecko w wózku będziesz musiał wnosić je po schodach. W apartamencie nie ma klimatyzacji tylko wiatraki. W lecie nie zdają egzaminu, jest bardzo upalnie i trudno jest spać. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do centrum 10 minut spacerem.

Unica cosa positiva la posizione relativamente vicina al centro

Abbiamo dovuto cambiare hotel immediatamente la sera stessa, perché era così lurido da non poterci dormire, come se non pulissero da mesi. Ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo e non ho MAI trovato un posto più disgustoso. Ci sono ostelli di gran lunga più puliti. È allucinante come un posto simile possa essere ancora sul mercato e sono esterrefatta che su booking abbia addirittura 8.1. 3 piani di scale senza ascensore con una trappola per topi ad ogni rampa. Niente aria condizionata con il rischio di un colpo di calore (soprattutto dopo le scale carichi con valigie e bambino) e i ventilatori impregnati di polvere. Niente acqua calda. Ogni angolo era lercio, dai pavimenti al bagno. Sotto la culla del bambino batuffoli di sporcizia a palate. Federe e lenzuola palesemente non lavate e non stirate. Asciugamani strappati, sporchi e con graffette arrugginite attaccate, col rischio di graffiarsi. Gli scaffali della cucina pieni di cibo vecchio di chissà quanto. SCHIFO E VERGOGNA. Il peggio che uno possa trovare dopo 6 ore di viaggio. Faremo di tutto per ottenere un rimborso

L appartamento non era pulito. Molti punti molto polverosi. Nei letti avevamo solo il piumino e il coprimaterasso, ma nessun lenzuolo Gli asciugamani erano umidi e li abbiamo fatti completamente asciugare sugli stendini. Il forno uno schifo (non dovevamo usarlo ma visivamente era orribile). Lo sconsiglio

L'unica cosa ottima era la posizione, per il resto era un incubo.

Abbiamo trovato tutto sporchissimo. Muffa in bagno, ovunque.Tappeto del bagno si vedeva che non era stato nè lavato nè cambiato. PELO PUBICO sul marmo del marmo. Polvere ovunque, i mobili erano bianchi anziché color legno e a terra palle di polvere.
