Antonio and Alessandra greeted us at the door and provided us with detailed instructions and friendly advice about attractions in Bologna, as well as a small guidebook for our use! The apartment was very close to the central train station but in a quiet, secure housing block with a lift, so it was very convenient for our daytrips out of town. It's a 20-min walk to the centre of Bologna and there are a few supermarkets nearby, including a large Pam a 11-min walk away. We also managed to store our luggage until the evening of our check-out day in an excellent baggage storage facility, which was only a couple of minutes away. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed in terms of pots/pants/cutlery, etc. There is a washer and a dryer (and dishwasher with tablets), which was also really convenient. Heating was good and there was air conditioning in the kitchen/living room and both bedrooms.
Overall our stay was very good although a few small things could have made our stay better. For the large bed I would suggest individual duvets that could be washed more frequently rather than a large blanket. I would advise a clean of the washing machine and dryer (full of lint). We would have preferred a somewhat later check-out time than 10am (the host and cleaning ladies showed up at 9:55am) although we understand this is the nature of the business. Still, we were happy with our stay and consider these minor issues.

There was coffe and tea and everything youneed. Very good. Beds are confortable. Everything clean. Very close to train station and a very good restauratn IL Veliero. There are 2 exists from the yard. 2 Bathroom are very large and perfect is you travel more people.
We did not find a shower gel, but anyway we had ours, and the iron should be cleaned. Anyway I recomend this stay 100%.

Bardzo gościnny i miły właściciel. Apartament położony w bliskiej odległości od dworca co było dla nas ogromnym priorytetem z uwagi na zaplanowane wycieczki. Pokoje są duże z naprawdę wygodnymi łóżkami. Dużym plusem są dwie łazienki co przy większej liczbie gości jest naprawdę bardzo wygodne. Podsumowując, serdecznie polecam !
