Best value for money in a very good location.

The place is clean and has everything a couple needs. Note that it is just a bed (room1) but perfectly suited. The bathroom is clean and spacious, the open space kitchen is fully equipped but keep in minds the whole studio is open - the bed is otherwise same room with the kitchen. There is enough space, waaaaaay more than in a big hotel room.

The only downsides were some funny smell in the bathroom (noting really bad) and the fact that we had to check out at 10:00 in the morning. We were ready to pay for a late check out but it was not possible.

Great location, great accommodation but might be a little noisy.

Had everything you needed except an iron and board, there were some drinks including water provided, host was really lovely and helpful. So nice to stay in an old apartment block. Literally 15 mins walk from the station and about the same into the centre of Bologna.

Right on a busy road, which we didn’t appreciate from the listing. However there were roadworks whilst we were there which reduced the amount of traffic.

Spacious, well appointed studio near train station

Good apartment less than 10 mins walk from central station. Approx 15 mins walk to main dining / tourist centre of bologna but some cheap eats locally and Coop supermarket is literally across the road. Coin Laundrette is 2min walk around the corner. Room is spacious and bathroom is good. Complimentary drinks in the fridge were a lovely touch. Bed is comfortable. Kitchenette was quite well equipped (no microwave but there is a hob etc). Good aircon and strong wifi. The city is tearing up the street outside the apartment but a combination of work hours and excellent sound proofing meant that we were not disturbed. The host met us at the apartment to check in and explained everything - he was a lovely guy.

Being close to the train station, the walk to the apartment is a bit sketchy but we did not experience any problems (and the apartment has excellent security).

Great location, spacious apartment.

Host-very responsive. Met us to hand keys over. Welcome drinks in fridge. Just also met us quickly when we left a phone in the property after leaving-very kind.

There was smell of smoke when we arrived but this went when we opened the windows.

Great place if the Wi-Fi gets fixed.

A lovely apartment on the “far” end of the island near the Garibaldi monument and the Arsenale. In a quieter part of Venice with many locals and few tourists.

Wi-Fi was very unreliable. In three days I reset it probably 10 times.

Everything was fantastic. The apartment is excellent for a short visit to Bologna. It is spacious and well equipped. Clean and very safe. The owner met me and provided really good advice on cafes and restaurants. Top quality.

Lots to see and do (and eat) in a beautiful city.

Beautiful studio apartment right in the centre of town. Easy walking to all the sights. Davis was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for sights and food options, all of which were superb. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Lots of towels, extra shampoo etc. some lovely fruit and drinks in the fridge when we got there too. Local supermarket is only a minute away, the Co Op, and it had everything we needed. Great four nights in Bologna.

I had thought it was a one bedroomed apartment from the description, but it’s actually a studio. That being said, it was lovely and airy. Also, there are massive road works going on in Bologna at the moment and it was a little bit noisy and dusty a few times. Would have liked to have been told before we went there (I always think it’s a good idea to let people know of any potential disturbances). Bologna is beautiful and when they’ve finished the new tram lines and have opened up the avenues again fully, I’d definitely return.

Spacious apartment with a great host.

The apartment is convenient, spacious, clean and well equipped. The host was very caring and kind! He greeted us, provided all the information, recommendations and even treated us with big variety of refreshments and fruit basket in the fridge.

stayed in apartment 3 and I would highly recommend staying here while in Bologna.

Located very close to the train station and a manageable walk to the main area. The apartment was spacious and newly renovated. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked great, never a problem.

The only reason I didn’t give the property a 10 was because the floors were gritty (not washed) I believe the apartment was just newly renovated and the floors were overlooked. It was no problem as there was a mop and pail in the closet so I gave the floors a quick wash! The rest of the apartment was spotless. It also did not have a hairdryer which was disappointing.

Nice facility, very clean. Friendly, helpful and caring staff. Very well located, and acessable by several bus lines. Close to the train station too. Clean and comfy with a nice atmosphere. Would go there any time.

Great Value for A Modern Apt. In Bologna, Italy

The apartment was cozy, modern, comfortable, and in a great location. It had everything we needed for our four day stay in Bologna, plus more! The host allowed us to check in an hour early and was friendly/helpful. Transportation is at the street level. Quiet building with elevator. Secured property. Within walking distance of city centre. Great restaurants nearby. Half the cost of the 4 star hotel nearby. Highly recommended!

Adequado às necessidades.

O apto nos foi entregue limpo, com as informações necessárias. Localização excelente, próximo a dois supermercados e à estação central de Bolonha. Próximo do Centro Histórico, o que nos facilitou o acesso sem necessidade de transporte. O aquecimento pelo aparelho de Ar Condicionado, já que o sistema central ainda não estava em funcionamento, foi satisfatório. O quarto de banho adequado e de fácil uso. Nos foi entregue com bebidas, incluído vinho de boa qualidade e uma vasilha com frutas de boa qualidade: maçã, ameixas, uvas, banana. Roupas de cama, toalhas de banho e cozinha satisfatórias em quantidade e qualidade. Na cozinha, vasilhas e utensílios satisfatórios. Havia café em pó e solúvel, sal, acúcar, azeite, vinagre. Havia fogão e forno, além da geladeira, claro.

Um forno Microondas, mesmo de pequenas dimensões e uma cefeteira expresso, enriqueceria.

Décevant !

Le logement est assez grand, les équipements de la cuisine et de la salle de bain sont fonctionnels (le frigo est très silencieux, présence d'une climatisation, plaque à induction). Nous avons apprécié les boissons et les fruits offerts par le logeur.

La literie n'est vraiment pas confortable, le débit de la douche est vraiment faible, l'appartement pourrait être plus propre et plus confortable pour ce prix. Beaucoup de bruit dans la rue (malgré le double vitrage) dû à des travaux sur la voie. La prochaine fois nous prendrons un logement plus proche du centre.

The owner was nice & filled the fridge with fresh fruits and some drinks. Such nice gestures.

Room was nice & tidy although we were given a room outside the complex (a walk out to the open yard). It was raining those days we stayed so an indoor room would perhaps suit better & probably more secure.

Water was pretty slow flowing in the shower. Providing a rubber mat would help as a safety measure as there were no bar or grip for stability.

Ottimo alloggio, spazioso, pulito e accogliente. Il titolare è stato gentilissimo e molto paziente considerato che abbiamo effettuato il check-in oltre l'orario limite a causa di un disagio enorme dovuto al ritardo del treno. Comunicativo e super disponibile. Il punto è strategico, a pochi minuti dalla stazione e dal centro di Bologna, che dire, ottima scelta sicuramente consigliata!

Finestre senza serrande quindi camera fresca. Poi, scoperto e lasciato acceso il condizionatore, camera stiepidita.

Buena ubicación pero la cocina incompleta.

Ubicación entre de la estación central y plaza Maggiore

Que no hubiera tostador ni microondas. Se supone que se elige este tipo de alojamiento para poder desayunar y hacer alguna comida allí. Compramos comida preparada y tampoco pudimos calentarla porque la sartén no era apropiada para esa cocina de inducción. Tampoco había copas para el vino.
