Next to the trainstation,spotless clean and yet in walking distance to the old city: perfect for visiting Bologna! Kitchen Equipment is ok,but who needs a kitchen in the capital of fine eating?! The communication with the agency was clearly and easy, I highly recommend it for a few-days-stay!

The location of the room is very convenient, just a five-minute walk from the train station. The city center is also easily accessible on foot, taking around 10 minutes to reach, and we felt safe in the area throughout our stay. Another great feature, in our opinion, is its proximity to the nearby park, only a few minutes away, where you can relax and enjoy a drink, especially during the spring and summer months. The self check-in process was straightforward and well organized. We received clear instructions the day before our arrival, which made accessing the property quick and hassle-free. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, and housekeeping refreshed it every day.

While the room was generally clean, a few small details could be improved. For example, the towels were freshly washed but had some makeup stains from previous use. This did not affect cleanliness, but replacing stained towels would create a better overall impression. One small suggestion rather than a criticism: it would be a thoughtful touch to provide a bottle of water in the fridge, particularly for guests arriving late at night who may not have had the opportunity to buy supplies beforehand.

Great location for the station. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. Staff helped with early bag drop.

Lighting was a bit severe but everything else was great.
