Comfortable unit with very helpful owner

Small apartment, not clean, unfriendly and rude staff, noisy and unsafe neighbourhood

Early check in.

It was not possible enter to the garage because apparently wrong keys were given to us, so we were forced to use the commercial garage in vicinity on our own additional cost. The host, although being supportive before self check in, completely ignored us when problems with garage keys occurred, later even blaming us for using the wrong keys even so we were just following his instructions. The apartment was not really clean with rolling dust on floors. The beds were uncomfortable, all windows in the apartment are on 1,6-1,7m height so you can hardly experience any view, entrance doors do not have any soundproofing meaning you hear all sounds from the corridor even during night. All in all, not worth of any money.

The apartment is really comfy, has everything you need even for a longer trip. The location is excellent, 2 minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the heart of the city. You have food, coffee and souvenir shop right next to you. The building is amazing, the view from the windows as well. You get the best Italian feeling. Very easy communication with the host. They have helped with all my questions. I would really recommend the place. We have visited a few cities in Italy and Bologna was in the centre of all of them. That is why the apartment being next to the station is a must. Very clean space, with everything you need. The area is very busy, but the apartment is very quiet, if you’re lucky on the neighbours.

Good location. Great instructions from host finding the place. Secure parking brilliant. Clean. Solid bed.

Very dated. Bathroom needs condemning! Because a dribbled of water flowed allowed classification of a shower!

A place I would never recommend not come back to even if it was the last option

Everything else apart from the location. ₹22,000 I already paid and 3hrs before reaching the property thi guy tells me abt the tourist tax that costed me ₹2500 . While all the other properties had it included in the stay only. Place was opposite to what the pictures show. Horrible experience. However the host was very good

Great place to stay for 2-3 nights, but was concerned about the night life in the area.

The apartment was very good size for two people, fully equipped and very clean. The host was very helpful in giving full instruction on access to the apartment and when we asked for a late check out. He agreed for us to leave an hour and half later than agreed check out time. Location was very central and easy to walk to all interesting and touristic areas.

The bath tub needs to updated. Perhaps move the tub out and just have a shower tray instead. The bath tub mat was moldy and I mentioned this to the owner. It definitely needs to be changed. The sofa cover also needs an update. It was an old cover and wasn't very inviting to be sit on. The apartment was very nicely designed and it is a shame to have that old, nasty cover on the sofa to ruin the experience. Being close to the train station and facing the road side wasn't that great. Every night there was at least one fight outside, lots of shouting that we could hear even with the windows closed. That was such a shame as that is not the owner's fault and we appreciate this.

Стиральная машина с сушкой, надо было постирать одежду в процессе путешествия Подземный паркинг бесплатный.

Началось все с того, что я "на бегу" не посмотрел, что номер стоит 80+ евро в сутки, а additional taxes еще 100+. Оказывается, в Италии это достаточно распространено, потом обращал внимание. Но это просто лохотрон и обнаружил я это когда списались бабки. И в этом объете отмена не предусмотрена. Дальше со мной связывается хозяин и просит оплатить туристический сбор еще 17 евро. На вопрос "а что же тогда 100+ евро означало?" - он говорит что это за уборку после нас. За 100 евро я сам уберу и даже поставлю в стирку+сушку постельное белье. В этот момент у меня был вариант или заплатить 17 или потерять 212 евро. Скрипя зубами от наглости скидываю еще денег Хозяин сбрасывает тысячу и одну фотку как найти квартиру и паркинг. Квартиру+ключи я искал минут 30. Сначала о паркинге: Размер места 2.3x5 метров. Рендж ровер стал так, что передний и задний бампера ровно на линиях, а вылезти из машины если поставил "задом" нереально, только если "передом" потому что слава богу с одной стороны от паркоместа две колонны и туда просто можно открыть дверь. Парковался минут 15, при том что стаж вождения у меня 20 лет. Парктроники не пиликали - они просто постоянно пищали. Найти это паркоместо... короче мейд ин итали. Два въезда рядом с улицы, только правый подходит. В правом есть внутри левая и правая дорожка, но левая - это не "встречка". Это то куда вам надо, ибо если поедете по правой... то потом будете 50 метров задом вверх карабкаться по достаточно крутому склону, ибо вам "не туда" Теперь об аппартаментах. Я никогда не видел чтоб в квартире не было вешалки, электрочайника, микроволновки, а также была отключена духовка! Чтоб разогреть еду... ну короче я нашел металлический поднос, поставил его на электроплиту и там грел. Просто жесть за такие бабки. Но самая вишенка на торте это реальное состояние квартиры vs фотографии (фотошоп наше все).

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten 3 entspannte Nächte im Apartment. die Lage zur Altstadt war gut, leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Wohnung alles was wir gebraucht haben vorhanden, Kontakt zum Vermieter per WhatsApp, war unkompliziert.

Einzig der Bereich der Badewanne gehört dringend saniert, sieht alt und verwohnt aus, die Wohnung ist sonst prima in Schuss.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Bologna-Aufenthalt mit Auto

Lage ist gut, man muss mit dem Auto nicht in die Stadt fahren, super ist der Parkplatz, der sich im selben Häuserkomplex befindet. Kommunikation mit der Betreiberfirma war rasch und gut.

Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig, nächtlicher Lärm von anderen Parteien und Motorenlärm können den Schlaf stören. Alleine möchte ich abends nicht in der Gegend unterwegs sein müssen. Die ungewohnt hohen Polster wurden bereits erwähnt, haben auch uns gestört.

Bello ma...

Appartamento accogliente, posizione comoda per visitare la città e spostarsi agevolmente per lavoro.

Troppo rumoroso,non si riesce a dormire per il traffico ,gli schiamazzi e i litigi notturni presso i locali adiacenti la piazza. Lenzuola mai stirate, completamente stropicciate(ma pulite) brutte da vedere. Vetri delle finestre così opachi (perché vecchissimi suppongo) da non poter guardare fuori che tempo faccia ! Cassetta di scarico del bagno anti bambino perché troppo alta, doccia creata all' interno della vasca da bagno con rubinetteria anni '70 con manopole , difficile regolare la temperatura dell'acqua.
