Not for good expectation, just for location.

Location is near the centre you can reach the main points 10 minutes walk. Property located on a night spot (bars etc) and silence accommodation is not possible. Special thanks to Daniel.

Entrance of house is like a puzzle. Property team member send us a information and you can only reach the house via that info. Property team member said us if we check in after 21:30, they will charge +25 extra euros. We've like a athlete reach the property but that was a self check in. I really dont understand that rules, because of self check in. Towel's were old and not clean.

Nice apartment in the city center

The apartment was nice and clean, just like in the photos. It was also spacious and the location was great!

The apartment was quite empty, not very cosy. Also some basic necessities would have been nice, like some water in the fridge after long travel. There also was only two rolls of toilet paper even though we stayed almost for a week.

Overall a good stay

The space was good and quite clean. Netflix is a plus for sure. The location is nice and there are a few Restaurants near by.

10am is a quite early check out and a bit pricy to get a later check out. A form needs to be complete when the booking should be enough since the information has already been shared with booking.com

Superb

The location is great. The bedroom is big amd the whole appartmant is comfortable.

The linens were not practical. If you have a lot of luggage there is a part with stairs that can be difficult to bring everything. The isolarion betweeen the appartments is low. We could here everything.

Convenient location but disappointing accommodation

The location was quite convenient and centrally located, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, it was a nice surprise to find that Netflix was provided in the apartment, which was a great way to unwind after a long day.

Unfortunately, my experience was not entirely satisfactory, especially given the price of 177 eur per night. While the apartment itself was nice, there were several issues that detracted from my overall experience. For example, the sofa in the living room was dirty, and the devices in the apartment were of low quality, including a non-functional kettle and no coffee provided. Moreover, there was a problem with the shower wall, which was broken and resulted in water spilling around the bathroom. To add to this, I was surprised to find that there was no shampoo provided in the bathroom, which is a basic amenity that is expected in any accommodation. All in all, given the cost of the stay, I was disappointed with the quality of the apartment and the issues I encountered during my stay. I would recommend looking for alternative accommodations that provide better value for money and basic amenities.

Great place to stay in Bologna

Very nice place to stay in Bologna. It’s close to everything which makes things to be easier. Host was nice too, they allowed as to do the check in earlier than the scheduled time.

Having some basics in the apartment will be helpful. For example coffee, oil, salt, sugar… The moka was too old, I will suggest replacing it with a new one

The apartment is very nice and cosy. Spacious and sillent place. Good location.

We came at time, but the apartment was not clean so person who give us a key, asked us to wait, it was a siesta time - it was not a pleasure time, nothing was working and city was empty. Kithchen needs some attention - something are broke, washing mashine didint have a washing capsul and e.c.t mini details.

Buona posizione, ubicato in centro città. Il ragazzo che gestisce l'appartamento ci ha supportato nella risoluzione di tutti gli inconvenienti.

L'appartamento necessita di maggiore manutenzione. La caldaia rumorosa e poco funzionante. I termosifoni non riescono a riscaldare l'ambiente. L'impianto elettrico è datato (ci si è fulminato il phon e ha cominciato a fumare). 25€ di extra charge per late check out.
