Close to station, public transport and morning coffee and corneto places.
Nice location. Heating worked very well. The coffee capsules left made the first morning even better. Beds and wardrobe were very generously sized.

The property was in a really good location, it was a walking distance from the Bologna Centrale, the town centre and all the necessary facilities. Kitchen was very well equipped.
I’d say the bathroom could be potentially improved - shower was functional, though there was a small spot of mildew that could use some attention.

Quiet location and close enough to centre
Location is a little way from the centre and from train station. Inside the apartment are some steps down to kitchen. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities were good.
I was surprised that there was no coffee or tea provided and there was no mattress or pillow protector used.

The location is great, there is enough space for everybody, the staff is super nice and will help if necessary.
The shower was clogged so much that we had to clean it twice while staying there. Other than that the place was super clean.

Comfy simple house
Very grateful to book this at 4pm on the day as our accomodation cancelled on us. Very quick and easy check in, friendly host!
Simple but very comfy apartment. 20ish mins walk into old town. Groovy park with a bar down the road. Facilities were great. Good for our group of 4 (all sleeping in the one room).
Shower didn’t drain. Spent a lot of time cleaning the bathroom floor.

Good beside the mold in the bathroom

Great appartment, terrible host
Very nice appartment, with an amazing location. The house has everything that you might need, and even more than what is described on the listing( hairdryer, towels, toiletries, fully equipted kitchen etc.)
The host is very rude and the communication was not so great. On the day of our arrival while we've been waiting with our 5 month old baby the host didn't want to share the check in option and was demanding an extra payment of 24euros. Additionally on our last day we've asked for a later chck out (1-1:30h) in order to avoid the bad weather conditions (strong wind) with our baby and go straight to the airport, on which the host didn't responded until three minutes before check out declining it.

Pleasant
The host was really helpful and nice, the bed was comfortable and the area very interesting.
Umfortunetly, it was bery noisy during the night as the apartament is very near the bar and cultural club so there are parties almost every night. It ok if you want to be out in the evenings but not for the ones who look for quiet space to sleep.

Good position and recently refurbished
The Location is nice. In the old part of the city and next to the train station.
The flat was recently refurbished and it was fairly clean .
The check in was easy as it was done by lock and keys.
Some supermarkets and take away food are nearlyby.
It was missing some touches. We had to keep the Windows always closed as mosquitoes could come in. A mosquitoes net would be necessary as The flat is also quite humid.
Some touches like washing machine detergent and some kitchen items(oil, salt, sugar etc) should be present in order to cook.

The location is amazing. Private house in the center with the reasonable price, which has shops, cafes and pizzerias in the neighborhood. Self check-in.
It was not very clean. The Wi-Fi password was not written anywhere and we had some nervous moments solving this.

bel posto con tragicommedia
ottima piccola ma efficiente struttura, buona dotazione di elettrodomestici, ottimo il phon , deumidificatore , riscaldamento , cucina, lavatrice , ecc. : decisamente anche troippo per una notte, ottima per chi sta più giorni. La posizione è ottima, presso parcheggio sotterraneo Riva di Reno , a pochi passi dal centro città.
Camera con letti discreti ma più che sufficienti.
rumore del frigorifero di notte: è un po' vecchio, da verificare. Consiglio all'host di mettere almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua. la cosa più drammatica però è stato il check in: sia l'host privato sia l'organizzazione di customer care di Booking centrale in questo frangente hanno fatto una figura davvero meschina... Nulla di personale verso la signora al tel in reception , capisco i problemi di tutti, ciascuno ha i suoi e può avere una giornata storta , ma questo non è il modo di svolgere l'accoglienza clienti, semplicemente scaricando tutto sul cliente: avevo prenato schiacciando l'opzione per tre persone; inspiegabilmente è passata opzione per la stessa stanza ma per due. Ok , non so come, non è mai successo, ma credo nulla di drammatico in ogni caso. Prima telefonata all'host privato che gestisce camera/appartamento, risultato: "niente da fare, dovete contattare Booking". Ok, io sono in viaggio A1 , vado a Bo per lavoro, riesco comunque a parlare con Booking con codice prenotazione, attese varie , ecc. , mi risponde il desk da Egitto e mi dice: "ok, non si preoccupi, preleviamo l'importo in stessa carta, e informiamo noi l'host del cambio". Ore 9,30 in A1. Avviso l'host, ok, quando arriva mi darà il codice per le chiavi.Seguono altre due o tre tel. con l'host che ci chiede di procedere col check in per ns. conto su loro piattaforma: peccato che uno dei tre stia arrivando da Milano: ci facciamo inviare il doc. Tentiamo check in un profluvio di dati + copia documenti; tra l'altro il sistema non recepisce anno di nascita non si sa il motivo e va in blocco. Ore 13,30 : tel l'host : nessun messaggio da Booking, il chekin non procede, io però entro a minuti in riunione fino alle 18,00: sono of couse sbroccato ho urlato che non può essere questo il modo di trattare i clienti e poi ho chiesto se per caso devo aprire un ufficio per risolvere un problema di riservazione per una notte.

Schönes Appartement in Wohngegend, 15 min vom Hauptbahnhof. Auch die Innenstadt ist in 15 min erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist 4 min entfernt und ein Café 3 min.
Das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht inkl. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen für längere Aufenthalte. Es war sauber.
In unmittelbarer Gegend befindet sich ein Biergarten, wo es abends laut wird. Wenn man Fenster schließt ist es aber ok.

Уютный небольшой отдельно стоящий дом со всем необходимым! Отзывчивые хозяева, в доме есть все необходимое. Приветственный кофе и чай. Благодаря жилью от Болоньи остались самые приятные воспоминания.
Близко до центра, рядом много кафе и ресторанов, а так же продуктовые магазины.
