Stylish apartment with a great terrace within close distance from city center mains spots. Perfect to explore Bologna.
Air conditioning was a bit weak and nights were hot but to be fair, it was 38 degrees during the day so not usual weather.

Un accueil parfait, un grand merci à Enrico. L’appartement est très bien situé pour découvrir la ville à pieds. De nombreux commerces et restaurants excellents à proximité. Un quartier très agréable. Parking public très pratique, situé à 200 mètres.

Casa com 2 andares e terraço com vista fantástica. Quartos com boas dimensões e confortáveis. A casa, apesar de antiga, tinha algum charme e boas comodidades (prédio com elevador, casa com 3 equipamentos de ar condicionado). A casa fica situada em bairro muito sossegado e de fácil acesso ao centro (cerca de 10 min. a pé). O estacionamento na rua é pago e caro, mas há um parque de estacionamento público a 100 metros da casa, com preços bastante razoáveis.
Ambos os quartos têm um mau isolamento da luz natural. As janelas não têm estores, apenas umas cortinas, não totalmente opacas. Não é o meu caso, mas para alguém que tenha dificuldade em dormir com luz natural poderá ser um problema.
