Great and cosy apartments in quiet and green area. Highly recommended !

Great apartment in a cosy house on a hill with marvellous view on the city. Tranquil garden isolated from any noises but still within a walking distance to the center. Superb communication with the reception and warm welcome by the owner. Nice sweet cookies waiting for you make you feel appreciated. If you want to stay there my advice is: stay longer 😊

A dishwasher could be a nice „gadget” - but probably we are all somehow spoiled. Washing the dishes gives you the opportunity to more appreciate what you have.

This was such a special place to stay! Outside the city so it was a calmer getaway. It has a beautiful view and outdoor space. We loved staying here.

There were no curtains in the entry room, so at night it felt exposed. Our little children loved the outdoor space, but we needed to take extra care as it’s sloped.

Loved, loved the view of Bologna from our apartment (located on a hill)! Comfortable stay for 4 people with a nice little kitchen and comfortable beds. Outside the apartment area was surrounded by fruit trees - the hosts were gracious and asked us to pick any fruits. About 7 mins drive to Centro Bologna - so convenient.

The bathroom access is through the main bedroom. I guess there is a logic to the design but never got around to asking why.

What a find. This stay was such a treat, beautiful room, great view of Bologna and free car parking. When we arrived, we had a cooking class booked but found the taxi service was on strike, but Daniela kindly gave us a lift to town - what supurb service. The rooms were clean and had the convenience of the kitchen and a washing machine. The pool and outdoor area really add to the holiday feel. We had 3 stay, so utilised the lounge bed and it was very comfortable. The rooms were air-conditioned which was great mid summer.

Wifi would drop out easily, but not a big deal.

Beautiful location, very nice suite, very well equipped apartman. We even had coffee machine and coffee to start the morning. Host very nice.

Cumpolsory city tax was not indicated on booking.com, came as not a nice surprise at our last evening and to be paid in casht.

We rented the Mimosa apartment. The location is unique with a beautiful panoramic view from the grassy terrace over the whole of Bologna. The green hills around, nice views and loud chirping of cicadas are definitely an added value. The apartment is perfect for two people. However, we were the four of us and the only inconvenience was that the access to the bathroom was through the bedroom on the first floor.

The hosts where the best . So nice ...they show us around the property , beautiful!! The view was amazing you can see the entire city . If you did not rent a car you will have to go in taxi We actually walk from the house to the city it takes us 25 minutes to get to the door of the city and you can walk to anyplace :) , we return in a taxi around $20 euros :) . We will back :)

Great location and beautiful surroundings. Beautifully decorated modern apartment with quality furniture. Perfect area for exploring Bolognia. Good communication from the management team regarding check-in and instructions.

The tiles around the shower could do with a good clean. The wooden floor looked amazing but it had lots of dust in the bedroom. The kitchen is simple and suitable for simple cooking. We cooked a simple pasta dish but couldn't fit 2 saucepans together. Since there is no cooker hood the condensation builds up very quickly under the kitchen cupboard. While we were cooking the lights started to flicker which means it is perhaps not wired properly. The power source shouldn't be overloaded so easily unless it is not done properly. On the morning of our checkout, the drain started smelling really bad. I am not sure of the cause. There is a treadmill right above our accommodation and the man upstairs around 8 am woke us up and carried on using it for a good 30 minutes. These are the problems we have experienced for only staying 2 nights and for the price we paid it was not good. We checked in the Monday evening and checked out on Wednesday morning. Without the person at the checkout, we were unable to give this feedback at checkout or via WhatsApp message.

A recently renovated apartment, fully equipped and with a large terras/garden. It’s located 3-4 km from the city center. From the apartment hou have stunning views over the city. If you are looking for a relaxed place to stay close to the city of Bologna, this is the place to be. ( If you want to be in the city center you need to look for a different place )

I think there won’t be anyone who will complain about the view. THE VIEW is spectacular :) Host was very friendly and helpful for us and for our dogs. We were at the apartment on new year’s eve and we were back to the apartment to see Bologne from above at 0:00. It was worth it. If you’d like to go there dont worry about the distance to the center. It’s super nice walk through the beautiful park. We love the place and we will back there for sure.
