Close to the center, bus stations nearby, Giardini Margherita very close, some small shops for water and fruits downstairs. Awesome pick.
There are constantly flat renovations in the building, it might be noisy during the day and evening. Also, my room did not have window to the street, so no view, just permanently closed, as it would be faced to other windows.

The place is on one of the main street's ends, easily walkable for 20-30 min to the center. Close to public transport stops, very nice local restaurant just next door, as well as great ice-cream on the opposite side. Air-con was good.
Although the host mentioned the ongoing restoration works next door, it turned out that 3 separate apartments were undergoing restoration simultaneously. So, forget to sleep after 8.00 am. Room #5's window is facing the busy street, as well as the temporary elevator for the restoration to the apartment above, was covered with net, vague light, so imagine... Front door of the building was open all day, because of the construction works, one day the apartment's' front door was also found open when we went back. So, some security issues to think about...
