Great location, reasonable price, large comfortable rooms with good en-suite. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Off road motorcycle parking available (limited space). Very good communal lounge and breakfast area.

Property is good but more modern facilities would be appreciated.

The room was very comfortable and it suited our needs. The bathroom was shared but we had it to ourselves. Everything was clean and quiet. The room and bathroom were cleaned every day. There is a mini fridge in the room. There is a shared kitchen area where you can drink coffee or tea. Water bottles and coffee pods were provided as well as biscotti. It was a quick check in process where we paid the taxes. The host was friendly and she provided us with a map of the city and tourist information. It was easy to leave and return whenever we wanted. All in all a good experience for our first time in Bologna. Be aware that you must walk or take a bus to get anywhere, at least until the trams are up and running. I also liked that there were cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

I have absolutely no complaints about the place, it was well worth the price we paid. There was construction going on outside our window but they would start working much later in the morning. The AC was also not working but it really wasn't needed in mid May.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely kind and ready to help with everything.

Everything was fine. I have nothing negative to mention.

Everything is well-organised and the property is a wonderful place to stay while experiencing Bologna.
