Location is all good. Staff were accommodating.

Our first night in a claustrophobic and stuffy room with no windows or AC. Malfunctioning sky light awoke us in the middle of the night letting in mosquitos. Moved to a larger slightly cooler room at a different location but still lacking ventilation

Nice stay for 3 nights at Pancaldi 6

Near to bus stop, university and centrale. Host Michele was very supportive and also provided accessories (mosquito repellent) when we complained about the mosquito in room

Great from a 1 or 2 nights

Within walking distance from the city center. A bit cheaper than the rest of the options in the city. Confy bed. Great for 1 night staying.

I wouldn't recommend it for more that 1/2 nights (at least the non windows bedrooms. You can hear everything from the corridors in the morning. A bit pricey compared to other Italian cities, I think.

Summer without air conditioning is not a possibility

The air conditioning was not working, 30 degrees inside the room and 36 outside. Terrible night. I asked the contact person and his answer was: “wait, the floor is high”

Pleasant, modern and clean and very convenient for the centre of the city. Highly recommended.

Easy to check in, everything was efficient and friendly. The room was very clean and the furnishing and appliances were modern and in good condition. The location is fantastic, just outside but very convenient for the historic centre, museums etc. Also very convenient bars and restaurants. Also on plenty of bus routes if necessary.

I saw an earlier comment where someone had said there needs to be a spoon (tea, coffee, sugar and a fridge are provided). A trivial point, but I agree that a couple of spoons would help! But that is the only negative, which indicates that I was impressed with A Casa di Luna.

The ubication

The window management did not work, the door to the bathroom could not be shot. And the celaner wanted us to leave the room two days before advance. And now we can't have our money back. We left.

Nice apartment, nice staff. The room is small, but it was comfortable enough for a couple of days. The apartment was clean, the bed was good. Not really in the city centre (30min walking), but easy access to buses that will take you everywhere.
