Perfect

The stay was perfect. Michele was extremely attentive and gave us great tips on where to eat and what to do in the city. The room also included a very complete city and services guide, which was very helpful. The accommodation is totally recommended, located in a quiet yet central area of Bologna. Everything was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast set included coffee, toast, Nutella, milk — basically everything you could need. It was a perfect stay.

Bright & comfy flat with patio and friendly host

Neat flat with outdoor patio attached. Clean and comfortable room, and the host was super-friendly with great restaurant recommendations. Location is fairly convenient, with a 15-20min walk thru the beautiful porticoes to town and close to the ring road for a buses to the main train station.

The only issue I had was that the hot water seemed limited in the shower but it wasn't a major problem and may have just been the particular weekend I was staying.

The accomodation was very clean and comfortable and the owner extremely helpful and with very good manners. The location is excellently situated very close to the center of town with its landmark of the Torre degli asinelli, the Piazza Maggiore and the Due Torri. Definitively an excellent place where to be in Bologna.

The room was exactly as in the photos. Full equipped with iron,hair dryer etc. There were jam,praline and toast in a basket for breakfast. Μoreover, Michele let us leave our luggage in the room until our departure time. Grazie a tutti 👋🏻🇮🇹

Excellent customer service, they booked taxi and got me processo to say sorry for the construction workers working on the building.

Doors and lockers - terrible, really hard to get into the apartment. And other tenants had the same issue.

Relaxed stay in a room with plenty of comfort

Nice b&b in a lovely part of the city. The host was very helpful in giving infomation and gave us a very relaxed welcome. The beds are very comfortable and there is a nice place to sit outside as well.

The host was friendly and always available to help. The room was large, with nice furniture and many amenities. We were provided with toiletteries, snacks for the breakfast, coffee-machine and water-heater for tea.

It could have been a little cleaner, especially in the bathroom but also on objects such as coffee-machine.

Nice location and very kind owners

Nice place and good location, around 10-15 minutes walking from the centre. The room was very clean, everything was well-prepared to our stay - coffee and tea, snacks, soaps. There’s a really lovely terrace where you chill. The apartment’s owner is very helpful and friendly.

The noice in the bathroom after turning the light on is quite tiring.

Good enough for a few nights

The property was conveniently located in a part of the city close to where friends of mine live. The offer of a free parking permit for my stay was a USP. The facilities were fine; good wifi.

For some reason (space?) one part of the double bed had been removed which made sleeping on the resulting, rather narrow and high bed a bit stressful: fear of falling out while sleeping. The rubbish outside the room's terrace doors did not give a good impression.

Friendly cooperative host, nice comfortable room

The host is very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast is not prepared, but one does not really need that in a city like this, with a cafe just across the street. The fish restaurant just across the street is excellent but very busy, reservations needed.

Wifi could be a bit stronger, but was satisfactory.

Great B&B, for a stay alone or as a couple

The property is great in very many ways: - neighborhood is a bit out of the very center, but very cute, the way to it from piazza Maggiore is mostly beautiful porticoes - room and the shower are very new and stylish - there is a small terrace that must be nice for morning coffee in warmer times - taking the armchair to table and covering with blanket (which is also there) + table lamp, creates a very cosy workspace - coffee machine, a fridge with freezer, a microwave - many bus stops nearby and good connection to everywhere - the center, the railway station, Esselunga..

- breakfast is just some things to coffee, but for me it was ok as with italian supermarkets+microwave+fridge one can create 5 star breakfasts every day different. Also Cafe Mazzini nearby is very good. - could be nice to have a soap holder in the shower

I was very disappointed. Make sure to read the full reviews.

I arrived early and the owners offered me early check in. They didn’t tell me that the room hadn’t been cleaned. The floor was covered in dirt and hair, there was a used teacup in the bathroom, the bathroom was dirty. I spent over an hour trying to reach them through messages and phone calls but only when I had contacted booking.com did they send their father to tell me that the cleaning person would arrive later and that I could come back at 3pm. He told me that they would contact me later but they never did. I got no explanation or apology. They only wrote to me to tell me when the check out was. They really dropped the ball on this one. They could have told me that the room wouldn’t be clean but that I could leave my bags, or even offered me and explanation or apology, but there was no contact at all. The apartment was run down and I was disturbed by the noise of chairs being scraped against the floor upstairs, the outdoor area in the pictures was being used as storage for petrol cans. There is a glass door out towards the outdoor area that is covered with a white curtain. When it is dark outside and the light is on in the room it is basically see through. I was extremely disappointed.

Une chambre confortable à 2 pas de la vieille ville de Bologna

Une grande chambre très bien aménagée, bcp de détails pensés pour qu'on soit bien (frigo, vaisselle, café-thé, ...) Le lit est immense et très confortable. Le petit plus : petit salon de jardin attenant à la chambre, parfait pour boire son café au soleil le matin ! Quartier très calme, à 5 mn de la zone sud-est de la vieille ville de Bologna. Un autre plus : les recommandations de restaurant laissées par la gérante : excellentes ! Et enfin, Michele est très disponible et encourageante. Je recommande ++ cette location.

De locatie was perfect, dicht bij de stad, dicht bij winkels en restaurants, rustig, in een veilige beurt en ver genoeg van de drukke ringweg.

Persoonlijk waren er te veel spullen in de kamer zoals een extra sofa bed en magnetron.

Niezła lokalizacja, bardzo czysty pokój z BARDZO wygodnymi łóżkami. Czysta łazienka, sporo udogodnień (kącik do przygotowania jedzenia zaopatrzony w sucharki, dżemy, nutelle, ale też oliwę z oliwek itd), czajnik, żelazko. Pokój mały, ale jeżeli przyjeżdżasz zwiedzać, a do pokoju wracasz odpocząć to jest to świetny wybór.

Stupendo weekend a Bologna.

Comodo da raggiungere con diverse linee bus e il centro storico si trova a circa un quarto d’ora di passeggiata. Uno dei letti più comodi mai trovati in un b&b, con guanciali da sogno e lenzuola ben pulite. La camera è fornita di tutto: mini frigo, macchinetta nespresso, bollitore, microonde e stoviglie. L’ampia doccia ha shampoo e bagnoschiuma, asciugacapelli, presente anche ferro da stiro e climatizzatore windfree. La camera (contrassegnata dal color arancione) si affaccia su un angolo del cortiletto d’ingresso arredato con mobili da giardino, molto carino.

Alcuni dei ganci appendiabiti presenti in camera hanno bisogno di essere riparati. Per il resto, tutto perfetto.
