Ottima posizione. Camera accogliente, ben tenuta. Host gentile e disponibile. Bagno grande e accessoriato. Minicucina a scomparsa (in una armadio a muro), utile per un caffè, uno spuntino o una pranzo veloce.

El baño, la presión del agua muy buena y salía agua caliente muy rápido
La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. El apartamento estaba lleno de polvo en la mayoría de superficies. Al ser un bajo, había mucha humedad, y el polvo se enganchaba en todas las superficies. Por ejemplo, los radiadores estaban increíblemente sucios, parecía que hacía años que no limpiaban! Mi pareja tiene alergia al polvo y se le hizo muy difícil la estancia. Además, en la descripción, menciona que tiene cocina. En realidad, se trata de un armario húmedo con una cafetera y un hervidor de agua que no se puede ni utilizar de lo sucio que está.
