Convenient place just outside the city centre!

Very convenient place if you travel with a car. Just outside the centre but very close; you can walk there. Owner was very helpful. Rooms were normal, but clean. Everything you need for a couple of days - perhaps a small place for longer periods.

Room was fair and comfortable, but do not expect any luxuries.

Silent stay close to the center

Not the newest, but correct and clean house 15 minutes walk from the city center in a silent area. It's one flat with three rooms, great equipped shared kitchen and shared bathroom. Overall everything was ok

If all room is full, one bathroom for all can be uncomfortable. Breakfast is too simple, and the price is a bit high

I stayed there only one night, booked the place last minute. The place is very cozy. I didn't expect much but the location was amazing, only around 20 mins from the bus station and very central, yet not on a crowded or noisy point. The room was spacious, there was one king bed and a single bed. Breakfast was included in the price, there is a kitchen with the utensils and the cooking ingredients. Don't expect a read made breakfast, you prepare yourself what you want with those ingredients. It was enough and enjoyable. There could be more things in the kitchen but I booked very last minute at a very late hour so it was very understandable that the place owner didn't do shopping. The owner is very kind and helpful. I regret staying only one night, the place has a lot to offer!!

The apartment located in quite neighborhood rather close to the city center. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and clean. The owner was very kind to wait for my late arrival and all the communication was prompt and effective! Definitely recommend!

the location is a very good one juts a quick 20 minute walk from the centre. the host is also very nice and helpful, he explained everything to us and even supplied us with coffee, tea and some snacks. we had a very clean room with a lot of space and an exceptional shared bathroom (actually one of the nicest shared bathrooms ive seen in a while).

Totally fine!

It’s a decent appartment 25 minutes away from the main square. The location is nice! There is a Lidl close by and everything worked fine with arrival and departure! :) As already mentioned in other reviews, don’t expect a big breakfast. There are a few things (joghurt, chocolate croissants, cracker), but as I like my veggies for breakfast, Lidl worked out fine. :) Regarding the costs, I didn’t expect a big luxurious breakfast.

breakfast ok, location just outside old town but only a 10 minute walk so pretty convenient. property was clean but is a shared bathroom and kitchen, this was fine with me, I liked the extra space but some may prefer total privacy. It's in an old mansion which I also liked.

the blind in the front bedroom couldn't be pulled down because of the flywire which was needed because it was a hot night and we needed teh windows open so my partner was concerned about the lack of privacy. Men were shouting outside the pizza place across the road late at night when we stayed, otherwise it was quiet

Very kind owner. Down the street there is a bus station that has so many busses that will bring you everywhere in Bologna. Sweet, Italian breakfast and coffee were an real extra.

it is a shared bathroom appartment, none od the rooms has own bathroom

I can't recall anything I did like tbh

First of all, quite far away from the city center. We booked it and 3-4 hours before the check in we got a message from owner that, "rmeind that it is a room with shared bathroom, do not complain at arrival" while we didn't see any comment during the booking and room type was standard twin or double room. I believe it is not fair not to mention in room type that it is has a shared bathroom The room is big but no AC, no sun shutters, furnitures are old, as well as matress. The bed sheets, linens and towels was quite old, we managed to stay there but can't stay more than a night, and as far as see other tenants booked other rooms cancelled their bookings. On the arrival day we find much better options with a decent price.
