El piso estaba impecable, muy lindo y original. Estaba muy bien ubicado y la anfitriona estuvo atenta en todo momento a disposición de lo que necesitaramos, con recomendaciones y respondiendo rápidamente. Si volvemos a bologna, seguro nos alojaremos aquí nuevamente :)

The location is very central. It's within walking distance of Piazza Maggiore and other attractions. There's covered parking very close by, costing around 20-25 euros per day. Having two separate rooms and bathrooms was a great advantage. The beds and furnishings were clean. The host contacted us almost three days in advance and shared all the details.
Since it's in one of the older settlements, there's no balcony, and we felt stuffy at times, but it wasn't a problem since we only stayed one night.

Limited light in the apartment but that did mean it was often cool. The second bathroom had a very low ceiling so not good if you are tall.

Owner is very nice, regularly asks if anything is needed and is eager to help. Location is perfect, right in the center near all the shops. Everything is there for a long comfortable stay.
Be aware that it is a self check in, and you are obliged to send passport photos as well as pay a city tax via link. It is a bit pricey, but it is worth for the location
$$$$
