very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. even the coffee machine had enough coffee capsules for our stay. great location, walkable to all tourist places in Bologna. the apartment hits all the right spots for a comfortable, family stay with kids.

nothing major. only a small suggestion for the host to fix for future customers. one of the bathroom had poor lighting and with a lack of central mirror near the sink, it made quite tricky for me to shave in the morning. but not a biggie nor a deal breaker. we would gladly stay there again on a return visit. thank you for everything and for being a great host.

Absolutamente tudo!!! Muito confortável, espaçoso , ar condicionado em todos os comodos, localização estrategica, apenas 10-15 minutos da estacao central, com todos os utensílios necessarios, enfim ficaria novamente sem duvidas!!! Ameei!!

The apartment is one of the best we stayed in all over Europe. Very spacious; very big kitchen (well equipped), a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with showers), 2 balconies, 4 air conditioners. Very nicely decorated- feels like a home. Very good location- 15 minutes walk to the center and also to Bologna Centrale. Also the operating company granted our request to check-out an hourr late (11:00), thanks for that.

Actually the property is very very good and our check-in operator Cristiano was very friendly. However the property is operated by a company and they were not that available to respond to what’s app messages. The hot water became problematic on our last day; and noone told us how the system works, yes we didn’t ask when we had the problem because we were already in the shower and there was no hot water left. It was 35 degrees on 3 days we stayed so we had to shower alot. So make sure to ask about the system beforehand!
