Struttura a pochi passi dal centro e dal parcheggio a pagamento di Piazza VIII agosto, sicuramente più conveniente delle strisce blu presenti nei pressi, che arrivano a costate fino a 3€ l’ora. L’appartamento è molto bello, arredato in chiave moderna e molto spazioso rispetto ad altri. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la presenza di due stanze separate con due bagni, purtroppo uno è cieco. Cucina ben attrezzata e molto carino il piccolo balconcino con vista piazzale interno.
Trovandosi al quinto ed ultimo piano del palazzo risulta molto caldo d’estate, anche se sono presenti tre condizionatori. Inoltre, l’ascensore è molto piccolo e “vintage”…rispettate i limiti di peso indicati.

Lovely apartment, large clean and comfortable for 4 people. Close to train station about a 10 minute walk and 5 minutes into the main part of the town. Nicolo was a great host and gave us plenty of recommendations. We would stay here again.
No problems with the apartment itself however it’s on the fifth floor and the elevator broke on our last day so it was a bit of a struggle lugging bags down 5 floors. Old buildings these things are bound to happen.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, la zona è centrale e ben servita, di fronte all'ingresso c'è un bar ben fornito in cui poter fare un'ottima colazione. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, i letti sono comodi e ogni camera è servita dal suo bagno. In cucina c'è tutto l'occorrente anche per soste lunghe. Si trova in ZTL, ma a piedi si raggiunge in pochi minuti.
