Authentic Italian experience

Very comfortable and convenient

Came with a family of 5 and were very comfortable. it was very close to the ZTL Zone. Host was very welcoming and gave lots of tips on restaurants etc.

Fantastic apartment in city center

A modern, beautiful, and spacious apartment in the city center. Free parking, fast Wi-Fi, and a great host who is always there to share useful information. The easiest check-in ever. We truly enjoyed our stay as if we were at home. We will definitely come back.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. Good communication, anytime check in, indoor parking across the road, clean well maintained and equipped apartment, walking distance to centre, excellent working air conditioning. We were a family of 5 and self checked in after midnight with no problems. We would stay again when we are in the area.

Clean apartment in Bologna for couples or families

The apartment is perfect if you travel by bus, because it's almost in front of the main bus station of Bologna. Airco is great and TV has a lot of channels including children channels. Size of bedroom is great and very cosy decorations, ideal for modern travelers. My mother liked all the decorations inside, like the pictures, frames etc. It also features the famous transparent Italian chairs. They kindly allowed dropping the suitcases at 13:00 because check in is at 15:00. I had some questions which were quickly answered.

It seemed a bit odd to us to have to wash dishes during our holiday because there's no dishwasher and you're supposed to clean your dishes. There's also no washing machine for clothes. You're supposed to take your garbage to the street bins, but we had to sort everything because there's no green card which opens the unsorted garbage container. I suppose this is sort of the Italian way of holiday rental because in all our stays in other European countries we didn't have to wash dishes by hand and take the garbage outside. The person who cleans what is left to clean arrived before the check out time 10:00 , it was a bit uncomfortable because she basically really stepped in at 10:00:00 when we were just making pictures of the place and our bags were already downstairs.

Great location, modern facilities

Great location, walking distance to the train station and city center. The apartment is very nicely decorated, with modern furniture and facilities. The online check-in process went smooth. Communication with the host was flawless. We were 6 people and slept quite comfortably in the 3 double beds. There is quality AC in each room.

A Nespresso machine or something similar would have been nice.

Nice and comfortable appartment near the city center

A nice appartment at a great location, 20 min walk from Bologna city center. Private parking available in a garage (although some manovering needed). The apartment was accessed via an online code, and everything went smooth. The appartment is well equipped, the furniture and the kitchen is quite new, and relatively clean.

Besides the bedroom, we used one sofa in the living room as a sofa bed. Unfortunately, there were large chunks of dust coming from beneath the sofa bed... for a generally very clean appartment, this part of furniture would need a better cleaning, especially since it can be used for sleeping.

We enjoyed staying at this appartment very much. Everything was clean and modern equipped.

We liked the flat, it is close to the city center, clean, well equipped, big enough for 4 persons. The style is modern and pretty. We were positively surprised by the way of opening the door without keys, just with mobile application. Our host was really nice and helpful. Thank you again for your hospitality. Olga

Très bien pour un court séjour

Le self checkin est très simple L’appartement est propre et confortable Le parking est appréciable car ztl proximité de la gare - top pour se rendre à Modene (8€ aller/retour par personne avec Trainline)

Un peu loin du centre à pied (>15minutes de marche) et présence de sans domicile fixe sous les arcades en direction de la gare.

Sauberkeit war in Ordnung aber auch nicht besonders. Zudem war die Klimaanlage nicht zu benutzen da sie einen unangenehmen Geruch verbreitet hat.
