For an overnight stay this apartment is perfect.

It is exceptionally close to the train station. So very handy from the airport. It is modern. The shower, toilet sinks etc. Are all very well maintained. The oven was handy. All of the linens were clean. The staff were very helpful, and send the check-in info 45 mins before the check-in time. It was a little unnerving to get the info so late, but they were very helpful once we began communicating. I would also recommend a physical book in the apartment with info, maps, leaflets, as well as check-out checklist. The apartment is also very, very light, as you are on the 5th floor. For a 1 night stay, I would recommend it. But perhaps not more than that.

1. There is construction going on on the building directly next to our windows, and OMG from 6am in the morning everyday of our day there was construction. Goodbye relaxing lie in. 2. The single beds need mattress toppers. They are hard as nails, and between the incredibly uncomfortable bed, and the construction, I honestly haven't slept more than 2h a night. 3. There are no drying clothes for drying dishes. It seems and oversight in the kitchen. Or else more dishwasher tablets would be good. 4. It was insanely warm. 25.7 degrees when we arrived. Which was stifling. We had to turn off all the underfloor heating. And open windows the entire stay. Which made the noise from the building site worse.

Good location to the railway station.

Good location 100 metres from the station. Plenty of room. Good security. Wifi was consistent. Bathroom good. Air con fine.

We were not able to access anything on television as the streaming service would not work. Kept dropping out. The kitchen lacked many utensils and was very sparse. Only one wine glass which was cracked . Lacked atmosphere in the unit. Light curtains on the bedroom windows which let light through the day. Construction happening next door to the unit.

A comfortable apartment - more timely responses from hosts would have been appreciated.

Very close to Bologna Centrale - perfect for arrival and departure by train.

No hot water on arrival and problem not resolved until the evening of the following day. Unable to get any feedback from hosts for about 12 hours after reporting the issue. Wifi unreliable.

Perfect location non existent WiFi

Spacious apartment. Perfect location 1 min walk from train station. Elevator.

Not enough coffee pods, no sugar. The apartment is poorly maintained see photos. The biggest problem was lack of WiFi. There are other comments mentioning this. No WiFi and they know it and don’t care to fix it. I asked for somebody to come and check nobody ever came.

A fost destul de bine per total, însă scump pentru ce oferă.

A fost curat, cald, spațios si cu paturile confortabile. În general destul de ușor de ajuns in centrul orașului.

In bucătărie nu erau ulei, oțet, sare, zahar, etc. La baie ca sa aerisesti trebuie sa te urci pe scaun ca sa ajungi la fereastra din tavan, curgea apa din cabina de dus pe jos pentru ca era rupta garnitura, caloriferul uneori era cald uneori rece dupa cum voia el, pentru ca robinetul nu prea parea sa schimbe ceva, nu era sampon, doar gel de dus. Pilotele nu aveau cearșaf potrivit, erau înfășurate cumva in cearșafuri simple cu o singură față și ieșeau ușor din această înfășurare.

Skvělé ubytování v blízkosti nádraží. Vše bylo v pořádku, v budoucnu využiji znovu.

Ubytování v těsné blízkosti vlakového nádraží, pěšky do centra cca 10-15 minut. Skvělý výchozí bod na výlety vlakem (Parma, Modena, Ferrara, a další). Ulice klidná, rovněž bytový dům, ve kterém byt je. Ubytování bylo čisté a krásně připravené. Komunikace s majiteli perfektní, pokyny k ubytování jasné, včetně videa. Klimatizace byla v pořádku (někdo psal recenzi, že nefungovala), my jsme s ní neměly problém. V kuchyni byly připraveny kávové kapsle a čaj. V bytě je pračka, sušák na prádlo, žehlička, dva fény, dvě koupelny... - super.

Velice slabá wifi, jak už psalo více hostů před námi. A dále snad už jen to, že v kuchyni nebyly klasické vinné skleničky :) celkově slabší vybavení kuchyně, které při větším počtu hostů nemusí být dostatečné (např hrnky tam byly pouze dva), ale to je opravdu spíše jen podnět pro hostitele :)
