The location was good & the property modern & clean. Good value for money.

Found the staff I spoke to through message rude & we weren’t ‘allowed’ more toilet roll (we were given 3 small ones for 4 days) which we think was a bit silly.

Apartamentul în sine e fantastic. Poți compara oricând cu un hotel de 5 stele fără nicio problemă. Merită să te cazezi aici, fie că ești cu familia, fie că ești în cuplu, fie că ești cu niște prieteni. Cam 5 min de mers pe jos până la gară, 15 până în centru. Langa locației e o piață agroalimentară, inclusiv restaurante, magazine pentru strictul necesar. perfect

Nu avea programele Mediaset. :) Glumesc. Fantastic, nu cred că putea fi ceva mai bine. Eventual o sticla de Chianti la sosire.:)

The apartment was really new, modern, clean, stylish, hygienic. The furnitures were very good quality and inside home the decoration was so nice. Also the building is very modern and beautiful. The apartment has two bathrooms, it was a perfect detail. We are very close to the train station, this would be a plus for us. So we did day trips for Modena, Ferrara and Parma.

I would preferred to see our host in person instead of texting. Unfortunataly the host isn't enough helpful and I didn't like their problem solving skills. The apartment and our host have strict rules and they are not flexible. I would honestly like to see a little more hospitality in a city I'm a foreigner in. Additionally, the property is not so close to the city centre, approximately 30 minutes by walking, but the bus station is very near to the house, so easily you can reach to the city centre by bus or by taxi. There is not a luggage room inside building, if you would like them to keep your luggages, you should go to their other office which is 10-15 min. by taxi near to the city centre.
