Le Dodici Porte - Porta Sant'Isaia 9 By Bologna District

Nice new building just across the Bologna Centrale train station - but no noise at all, everything was really quiet. I am pretty sure the entire building is made of renting out flats, so no residents, you'll see tourits in/out all the time. Our apt at 4th floor had everything we needed, well equipped, large rooms and kitchen. Parking is available either on the street (we found available every night) or there is a parking garage right next to the building, always available and ok prices. Area is outside ZTL, so no need to worry on that either.

Cleanliness could have been better, there is place for big improvement on this: the floor was dirty when we arrived, just had to walk in socks for a couple mins before we unpacked and it looked awful. The fridge hadn't been defrosted, so the 2nd day we found our shopping soaked in water slowly melting from the ice. Wi Fi signal, only available in the common areas of the building and only little in the flat - day area ok (kitchen/dining), but completely missing in the bedrooms. There is a small problem that I am waiting for Booking to sort, regarding to pricing and cost transparency, as when I made the reservation there was one price and before check-in the property asked for details and some other cleaning + operational costs that were not listed on Booking under any category.

Appartamento funzionale e comodo, a due dalla stazione. Perfetto per 4 persone e spazioso. Pulito ed essenziale, con comodo ascensore. Anche con un comodo e bel balcone e con lavatrice. Ottimo. Comunicazione perfetta. Accesso all'appartamento molto semplice.

La procedura di Check in on-line. È stata una delle più lunghe che abbia mai fatto. Oltre all'invio dei documenti, che è giustissimo, anche l'inserimento manuale dei dati di ciascun partecipante, comprensivo di codice fiscale, è stato davvero troppo. Vivendo tutti lontani e non avendo molto tempo libero a disposizione, è stato tedioso. Consiglio di snellire la procedura, in quanto l'ospite non deve dare anche il lavoro del receptionist. Questa è la mia unica critica/consiglio.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the city center. Train station down the street. Very clean and comfortable apartment.

Wifi signal was not so good.
