efficient location and good value for the stay

Very close to the train station and a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. Lots of breakfast options, even one just around the corner and a covered and monitored parking garage is also just a block away.

Having only 1 toilet and bath for 6 persons was not most comfortable

Fair but a bit frustrating

Comfortable and well located

Shower was warm just for 2 minutes, it seems like they have a timer pre set for this. Same with the heaters which just heat whenever they want. Although the flat was not cold but we could not warmer more if we wanted. Microwave doesn’t work, spoke to the management and they came to have a look, it worked for 1 minute when they were they and after stopped again.

Great location close to Milan Central Station and nearby cafes. There’s a washing machine and dryer and it’s safe and secure.

We had to buy our own toilet paper (only 2 small rolls provided for 5 nights); pillows are very thin and when we asked for one more we were told that that is all they have; shower area was mouldy so we bought cleaning products to clean; TV can only be seen from the dining table and the very left hand side of the bed (so only one person can see it); kitchen has bare minimum of crockery and cutlery (2 of everything except 3 knives) so you have to wash things along the way; and you can’t adjust the room temperature - a waste of energy and so hot every night with either a thin eiderdown (too cold) or a thick doona (too hot).

Easy to find, very convenient to the train station, felt safe. Washing machines were convenient. The property was quiet. Appreciated early check-in and WhatsApp contact from the guy who met us with our key.

Our only major complaint was quite a bit of mold or mildew in our apartment. The apartment floors and sheets and things like that were clean, but the mold was concerning and would probably be an issue for someone with allergies.

Very good localisation, very close to the main train station, the rooms were nice and clean, the AC in living room and bedroom was a great addition, overall it was awesome

Very satisfying

Huge space. Very cosy and modern. Easy communication. Even though I made a mistake during booking, they accepted change without additional charges. Location is very good - next to railway station Bologna Centrale, with several small shops in neighbourhood, few café places to have Italian breakfast. We were very satisfied.

Almost everything was good. Sofa bed is not so comfortable.

Spacious and tidy.

Peaceful and quiet and totally relaxing

Collection of keys was easy as Wonderful Italy had contacted us about arrival time and collection of keys. The apartment was quiet and bed very comfy. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Location was good for restaurants and market but the walk into central Bologna was about 30 mins.

Terrible place to stay

The vanity.

To have my needs respected. I asked for more toilet paper and was told I had to buy my own. I have stayed at many Air B & B's and never has such a ridiculous statement been made. As well the pillows are so skimpy, new ones are needed and should have been replaced when requested. As well, when air conditioning is advertised, we should have been able to adjust the temperature. The bed was terribly hard. Hot water in the shower would be nice. The floor between the kitchen and bathroom is sloped down and dangerous.

Very good place near the central train station

The location is super, next to the central train station (also a train to the airport). Very close to the old town and also within walking distance to the fair halls. Heating was very effective, and check-out was very easy. For check-in, you need to confirm the time.

My apartment didn`t have any view (looking at the walls and the staircase), so I felt a bit like being in a box.

Good location next to Train station

Location works for us as its very close to train station (easy for us to do day trips to Modena, Parma and Ravenna). It is some walk from city center but we are aware of that when we picked the location.

A/C is not allowed during our stay (it's humid and had to open our windows/mosquitos to keep the place cool enough)

Great choice as value for money.

The host is really friendly. Location is just in front of the Central Railway station, not the best, but convenient. The sofa is surprisingly comfortable to sleep!

The veranda area is quite dirty, although everything else - rooms, bathrooms, reception, corridors - are clean.

It is in an excellent location because it's round the corner from the back entrance to the station, yet it's very quiet. The apartment is spacious and clean. The host was very helpful.

We paid for the late check in, but we had to wait until 2:30 in the midnight No one was waiting for us, and our kids had to wake up until then They should have refunded the first night

Very close (about 2 minutes walk) to Bologna Centrale Station which was very useful during our vacation. Loved that there was a laundry room which came in very handy. There was also air conditioning which helped with the summer heat.

High quality internal finishing, cleanness, soft beds

Ground flow ir even subzero (with windows bit can't see outside unless go up the little stairs provided). No basics provided like tea, coffee, oil. For this huge price a must. Bologna generally unbelievably expensive (for no apparent reason). Late arrival charges on top of the high rent, unjustified.

Great location

Very close to the central train station. Literally 3 min walk. Overall nice and clean.

The biggest downside was the lack of heating - temperatures outside below 15 degrees with rain is not fun. Bedding could have been better - had holes and the towels were very thin. Nespresso coffee machine was available but would have been great if a few capsules were provided - just for the first morning to figure out the size - we bought the wrong size. Tourist tax and late check - in charge after 8 pm charged additionally on a property that is already high in price .

Lovely accomodation,safe and modern .

Excellent location ,next to Marconi station,10 Min from airport with Marconi express! .very close to center just with a 10 Min bus ride .Even walking there is easy in about 20 minutes . The room was very clean with all the comforts.Ours was number 1 ,which is the one next to the street but we didn't have a problem with outside noise. Overall a very good accomodation,modern ,great response to questions and we were let to leave out luggage in a locker before and after we left .it was much appreciated.

The heating in room was not as effective even though it was working .Bedding could be a bit better.Because our room was next to street it didn't feel very private .

Not the best service

Convenient location, however Google maps doesn’t have accurate direction so got lost, 20 min walking around. Host couldn’t call so had to go back and forth with the company on WhatsApp to find the place. Train station is 2 min away could have offered to collect from their.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, we paid £44 for housekeeping so would expect cleanliness atleast. The radiators and AC doesn’t work, we weren’t informed of that. When we asked for more toilet role they say the 1 we provided is all. Agent said he would provide a list of restaurants list nearby but never got it. Overall lacking experience.
