Fantastic location. Close to central Bologna without being too noisy. Good restaurants and cafes within 30 seconds.
More information pre-checking in that the apartment and check in were a 10 minute walk apart. On the first night our aircon didn’t work but this was sorted when raised the next day.

Two flights up stairs. No elevator. (I had way too much luggage coming from extensive travels). My fault.
