large, clean, well equipped accommodation

Alessandro was very helpful, and allow us to check-in early in the morning and come personally to give the key and all needed details. Apartment is renovated and refurbished for less than a year and located into a quiet area, 10min form Center and 10min form train station, which fit us a lot. For breakfast there is some excellent offer 4-5min away, but we enjoy more the moca-style coffee made in the apartment. we were just 3 persons, but as it have two bathroom is ok for 2 families also. Pictures present the real situation. as we are temperature sensible persons we appreciate it was just warm enough for us.

The apartment was nice and clean and was very comfortable for our party of two couples. The shower had excellent water pressure and was the best we had during our entire stay in Italy.

Some of the lights in the stairwell did not come on at night and it was dark walking up and down them

Great Location in Bologna.

Very clean and spaciousness. Had washing machines and AC and an all equipped kitchen. Good location with everything 15-20 min walk. Also had a parking garage enclosure with its own private parking space.

The beds were way too hard/firm. Also needs an ottoman in the living area to put up your feet after walking all day.

New spacious apartment in a great location in Bologna

The apartment looked brand new and had everything we needed for our short (2 night) stay. It was clean and spacious, and easily fitted 3 adults and 2 children. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook dinner one night. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Apartment was a 15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Anna (the agent) was in constant communication ahead of our visit and met us in the apartment to explain everything. Overall would definitely recommend for a stay in Bologna.

The best place I visited....

Anna, the service lady was perfect, she showed us how to open underground garage, advise us nice places to eat. Apartment was wonderful, never had so beautiful and practical place to stay....great, great

Very nice appartment in great location with friendly and carefull host - any time again!

Great location in the town center with underground parking in the same building. All hotspots could be reached within short walking distance and shopping locations, restaurants, ... can be reached easily. The appartment is new and perfect equipped. Also special thanks to our Host Anna, who took care on our questions and supported an easy key receipt and all of our querries on simple and easy communication -BIG THANKS to Anna. Very nice appartment and sure a accommodation to remember and to book for future visits!

Exceptional, comfortable and value for

Owner (Domus) and the lady incharge (Anna) were very professional and friendly. On Arrival to the location Anna was waiting for us with the keys to take us in and explain the facilities. 7 minute walk to Centrale station and in the middle of shopping area & Grocery store around. 10 minute walk to Piazzo maggiore. I visited for work and still had lot of options to eat around. Since the property did not have reviews, I was not sure whether to book. I was able to message Domus and he clarified this is a new listing. Definitely recommend the property and will choose to stay here when visiting next time. Anna was extremely kind and was able to guide us on any information requested.

Anna la ragazza che ci ha assistito durante il soggiorno è stata gentile ed accomodante. Molto simpatica e disponibile ci ha trattato benissimo.

Il bollitore non era pulito e mi sarebbe piaciuto avere una macchinetta del caffè a capsule anzichè la moka.

Anna nagyon kedves volt, várt minket, mindenben segített. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk , erősen ajánlom.
