Perfectly located and clean appartment with great host

We’d highly recommend staying in this apartment - so quick and easy to walk into the centre of Bologna. We’d come again!
Very clean, well designed and having two bathrooms is fantastic. The beds are comfortable and we felt safe in the apartment. The staff were terrific as well and responded immediately to any queries we had.

Extremely clean and well maintained. Great walking distance to all local attractions.
The only things that are a very small criticism is the kettle needs changing as we feel it’s dangerous as it doesn’t pour properly. The other thing was we came back to the apartment about 8pm each day as we spent long days exploring and there was very little television we could watch in English. But as we said before very small inconvenience to us.

Дуже чистий, зручний, світлий, просторий, теплий, тихий, сучасний апартамент, 2 санвузли, 2 балкони, телевізор із сучасними додатками. Підземне паркувальне місце для авто, з пультом для керування. Адреса одразу поза межами ZTL. Тиха вулиця, вид на симпатичний внутрішній двір. До центральної вулиці Незалежності 10 хвилин приємної прогулянки. Є ліфт, хол будинку чистий, сучасний. Нас зустрів Алессандро, надав детальні інструкції для комфортного перебування. Обов'язково рекомендую!

도보로 중요 지점 이동 가능한 쾌적하고 편리한 취사 가능 숙소
ZTL존에 바로 붙어 있을 정도로 중요 관광 스팟과 가까이 있어서 자주 근처로 산책하듯 나갈 수 있었습니다. 대형 슈퍼마켓도 가까이 있어서 요리하면서 머무는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 특히 지하 주차장이 완전히 셔터를 내릴 수 있는 개별 차고 구조여서 더욱 더 안심할 수 있었습니다. 체크인 할 때는 스탭이 바로 나와서 주차장은 물론이고 숙소 시설과 출입 방법에 대해서 안내해 주었고, ZTL을 위반하지 않으면서 숙소를 나가 다른 곳으로 이동하는 방법도 알려줬습니다. 숙소는 쾌적했고 비치된 비알레띠 모카포트로 아침마다 커피를 맛있게 마실 수 있었습니다. 조리에 필요한 기본적인 재료들도 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 거실에 주방 식탁과 소파가 다 있어서 휴식을 취하기에도 적합했습니다.
모카포트를 좋아하는 우리는 괜찮았지만, 캡슐커피를 예상했던 사람들은 조금 아쉬웠을지도 모르겠습니다. 인스턴트 커피는 있었지만 따뜻하게 마실 차가 없는 것은 다소 아쉬웠습니다.
