This is a fantastic property - our host Lorenzo was friendly from our initial booking, super helpful with local knowledge and advice throughout our stay. The property was very clean, well maintained and within easy walking distance of everything. It's ample size and facilities made it convenient to cook our own meals if we chose. We were a family of five, including older adult children, and it provided us with the comfort and space we required. Highly recommend.

The location was amazing. Close enough to walk everywhere. The host checked up on was to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was so large, so wonderful.

Big, clean and safe apartment with very responsive host.

The property is very big and we have everything we need for a short stay. It is also a safe and quiet place to stay, very close to all the key attraction places. The property come with the elevator which is also a bonus especially if you are having heavy big suitcase. The host Lorenzo is very responsive and helpful, he replied message promptly with positive attitude even though after working hour. If I would be visiting Bologna again, this will be my first choice.

Great location for visiting a fab city.

Lorenzo was a very welcoming host and the apartment was well stocked with everything you might need during a stay. The local area itself is good, and the apartment is well positioned for exploring pretty much all of Bologna central area. It's only a few minutes walk to the main square and most other places are within 20-25 minutes walk.

Ruim comfortabel verblijf met airconditioning

De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk: in overleg met Lorenzo mochten we eerder inchecken. Hij heeft ons alles uitgelegd over het appartement en gaf ons tips over goede restaurants en parking in de buurt. Deze buurt is zeer centraal, vol gezellige en uitstekende restaurants en bars. Het appartement was zeer ruim en comfortabel, met airconditioning in elke kamer (wat zeer welkom was). Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig: wasmachine, vaatwasser en zelfs een jacuzzi. Maar ook de kleinere details waren fijn: we konden zelfs een paraplu gebruiken toen het plots ging regenen. Als we ooit nog terugkeren naar Bologna met 4 personen, zou ik hier zeker weer willen verblijven, uitstekend!

Er was een misverstand over de uitchecktijd: op Booking.com staat 11:00 uur (nog steeds), maar het was 10:00 uur. Maar in overleg met Lorenzo kregen we extra tijd... Misschien moet die uitchecktijd nog aangepast worden op de website.
