Location security and cleanliness

We could hear other apartments, loud music until 1am and the smell of others cooking. Also there was no information re rubbish disposal.

The check-in process was clear and it was easy to get into the apartment. The unit was clean.

The unit was much smaller than expected. The photos listed online are an assortment of units they have in the building. Ours was far smaller than I would have expected. Friends of ours were staying in a unit 2 floors above us that was substantially bigger and a lower price. The sofa was really uncomfortable and the TV was small and lacked the ability to connect to streaming services. The bed was fine but I wouldn't describe it as comfortable. The nightstand was tiny and just large enough to place a phone and a few smaller items. They provided enough shampoo and body wash for 1 night for 2 people. At approx. 180 EUR per night I felt like it was a bit overpriced for what it was.

Good location

Women mold on showers and ceiling. I tried to cancel and move it another place but they wouldn’t agree to refund me. I moved to a slightly better apt they own but still showers are old with mold around the bottom of them and on ceiling. Also TVs are so small and don’t have Netflix or other
