Pretty much like previous reviews: 1. Shower mould & no hot water when turned up 2. Lacks plates, utensil & kitchen cloth, tea-towel 3. Beds old & room fan broken 4. No basic tea & coffee

Very good location, 10 min walk from the city center

1. Lack of cleanliness - after 3 days my slippers were dusty and dirty. Also in the bathroom after 3 days when the window was open all the time - a fungus appeared on the paddling pool. it is probably removed by some chemistry before arrival, but the main source no. 2. Below the sink probably there is a leak and the kitchen cabinet doors from inside are covered by the mold. 3. Twice there was an overvoltage in the apartment and the electricity was turned off. We needed to restart it manually 4. Contact - I needed to ask additionaly for the instructions how to Enter to the apartment even I asked the day before is it normal to not receive the day before after doing fast check-in. 5. Plaster/paint coming away from the wall.

On March 24 at 6 pm, I contacted the landlord with a message to come to the apartment later, I received an entry code and his message that we can come whenever we want. Arriving at the apartment, we find that it is cold, the temperature is 18 degrees, there is no hot water for showering, and we arrived tired and dirty because we spent the day on a business trip. I send a message at 21:30 to the landlord about the problems, and waited for a reply that arrived at 22:15 when we fell asleep frozen. I saw the message in the morning, to call a number that will help with the heating. I called the number first thing in the morning and no one answered. In addition, the toilet seat was broken, so you couldn't even use the toilet normally.

Lokkertje voor een niet onderhouden appartement

Het appartement was minder dan 15 minuutjes lopen naar het centrum

We kregen 1 dag van te voren bericht, dat er iets was met het appartement dat we geboekt hadden en kregen een reserve appartement aangewezen. Dat reserve appartement kwam qua inrichting totaal niet over met wat we eerder geboekt hadden. Ook had het geen borden, geen bestek, geen waterkoker, geen koffiezet apparaat (wat wel in de beschrijving stond). Er zaten overal vlekken op de vloer en op de bank. De wifi haperde. De batterij van de cv was leeg, waardoor we die niet konden bedienen, terwijl het ‘s avonds fris was. De wc bril zat los in de badkamer en ze hebben te weinig wc papier achtergelaten (1 en 2 halve rolletjes). Dit voelde alsof het gekozen appartement een lokkertje was en je vervolgens voor dezelfde prijs een goedkope B variant krijgt. Na mijn klacht bij Booking wilden ze ook geen percentage van het geld terugstorten en heb ik verder ook geen excuses ontvangen voor bovenstaande gebreken. Ik zou dit appartement dus niet boeken voor je ook plots iets anders krijgt voorgeschoten de dag van te voren.

Molto accogliente e molto calda, check-in e check-out pratico e autonomo. Atmosfera ottima e locali nei pressi dell’abitazione molto belli. Arredamento e interni molto suggestivi e di nicchia.

Serratura della grata esterna rotta, quindi la serratura principale anche se molto affascinante forse non proprio sicurissima. Abbiamo notato nel divano letto un po’ di segatura che continuava a cadere dal soffitto, non molta ma forse andrebbe manutenuto un po’ il bellissimo soffitto in legno.
