Great pick with things to be improved

This place is a great choice for a Bologna visit, located only around 15m walk from the central square and most historical places, near a supermarket, bakery and a bus stop, it was very convenient. The peace of the private garden and jacuzzi is a great extra.

The lack of mosquitos nets made our night sleep a bit stressful, all insects come in the moment you decide to let some fresh air in the house. One of the room has a rooftop window giving a great atmosphere but having no blinds, let the bright sun get in very early morning. Shower cabins are pretty small making it hard for bigger people shower peacefully.

I would like to recommend this place for all, especially for big families with children!

The hotel is situated in the city center so it is really fast and easy to reach all main city´s attractions in 5-10 minutes by walk - excellent choice for families with children. Moreover the hotel has its own private garden so it is very comfortable to place your babies´ buggy there + there is also an absolute silence all the day. I would also like to thank the hostess of the hotel for the willingness to help us on a variety of issues (especially with a parking) - everything was very polite and nice! Check-in, check-out and hotel stay instructions were complete and clear, we did not have a single question about this!

Cozy quiet house with a garden. One of the best places I've ever visited. Helpful friendly staff, great location. When I will Come to Bologna next time, I hope that I will be able to stay at Isaia Garden. Thank you one more time!

Très bonne situation pour visiter Bologne, mais tout le reste laisse à désirer

La situation géographique et le calme du lieu

Ne pas avoir été prévenu que l'appartement était en travaux :une chambre mal isolée dont le plafond était bâchė, le manque d'intimité de la salle de bain du haut vis à vis de l'extérieur, pas de verre à vin sauf en plastique alors que la région est réputée pour ses domaines viticoles, la surabondance d'affichettes de directives et d'informations placardées au mur dans tout l'appartement, 1 seul trousseau de clés ( pour 3 adultes ), un ménage approximatif: la nappe de la table tâchée. Cela fait des années que j'utilise booking et c'est la première fois que l'on me demande de payer, pour arriver plus tôt: on m'a déjà dit non souvent oui quand cela était possible mais jamais on m'a fait payer. Beaucoup trop cher porte les prestations proposées

La limpieza y la situación

La luces exteriores no funcionaban, el cuarto principal no tenia persiana en la ventana del techo y entraba mucha claridad, la opcion de parking para vehiculo era muy cara y muy dificil aparcar. Y no poder hablar con una persona fisica, solo con una IA complica mucho las consultas.

Zentrale Lage, schöner Garten, Unterkunft ist jedoch abgewohnt, Anweisungen zu Check-In fehlerhaft

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, zu Fuß sind es nur 15 Minuten zum Piazza Maggiore. Der Garten ist schön und die Pergola ist perfekt um auch bei Regen den Garten genießen zu können.

Nur Online-Check-In möglich, wo die erforderlichen Daten aus meiner Sicht übertrieben sind (z.B. Upload Foto von jedem Gast mit vorbehaltenem Ausweis). Die Anweisungen zum Check-In waren nicht korrekt (Haustor war nicht offen, angegebene Kontaktnr. war nicht verfügbar, über die Mobilnr. für die Parkplatzreservierung via Whats-App wurde uns dann das Haustor geöffnet) - es wäre einfacher die Schlüssel der Unterkunft in einem Schlüsseltresor zu hinterlegen. Das Haus ist sauber, jedoch abgewohnt, die Betten waren durchgelegen, der Abfall der vorigen Gäste nicht entsorgt. Parkplatz: Nach mehrmaligen Versuchen einen Parkplatz für einen Van zu reservieren konnte ich schließlich am Anreisetag via Whats-App-Chat ein Parkplatz buchen, der jedoch für einen Van (Mercedes Vito) sehr, sehr eng bemessen war! Auch hier waren die zur Verfügung gestellten Anweisungen zum Parken nicht korrekt.

Super Unterkunft in Bologna

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement über zwei Etagen. Es ist alles vorhanden. Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Klimaanlagen, Geschirr und Stühle für 6 Personen. Schöner kleiner Garten, insgesamt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen.

Kleinigkeiten funktionieren nicht immer. Mal macht die Klimaanlage was sie will, mal fliegt die Sicherung der Außenbeleuchtung raus. Die Mülleimer waren bei Abkunft voll.

Cette maison est trop mignonne, super bien, équipée, super bien construite, et le personnel est hyper réactif.

Juste à l’étage, au lieu de faire une marche, au milieu du palier, ils auraient dû combler… Mais c’est pas très important

Un vero gioiello

La struttura si trova vicino al centro e non lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria. Facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che in autobus. Bellissima e comodissima è provvista di tutto ciò che serve. Letti comodi e bagni agibili, cucina utilizzabile per cucinare, c' è anche il forno. Che dite di più? Una meraviglia!

MERAVIGLIOSA location, vicinissima al centro, spaziosa e pulita.

Ottima location, pulita, spaziosa, a 5 minuti a pedi da Piazza Maggiore e la vicinanza a locali per cenare, prendere un drink o semplicemente fare colazione ne aggiungono il valore.

Anzichè la zuccheriera consiglierei le bustine monodose...
