Pictures are relevant, very nice +quiet place. 2 badrooms on the second floor, 2 bathrooms, very well equiped kitchen and coffe machine (you get capsules in the welcome pack), super clean, a lot of Space and full privacy (no windows overlooking on the property), they are respondibg super fast. Self cheack in without troubles. A big tv s in every room inclouding dining room on the ground floor :) great wi fi. Ac in ech room separately, we also saw heating in ech room, so you can comfy set up prefered temperature.
Only a few things to consider before you decide- the property is within closed zone =no car, if you have a lot of stuff need to carry (but there are buses), they can book you a parking but it is 10 minutes of walking, mattes in one badroom is super soft....depend if you like it or not, for us it was not go luckly we switch badrooms with our son. Light in the garden not working (minor problem). It can be slighty to private if you afraid of separate places i.e. solo traveller.

Outdoor bath. Peaceful in the city, quiet and cooler.
Bins were full from previous guests. Conflicting info from booking.com and host. Too much info on parking arrangements.

Es war eine gekühlte Flasche Wasser bei Ankunft im Kühlschrank, es waren Eiswürfel im Eisfach vorbereitet/ fertig.
Es waren für die Kaffeekapselmaschine einige Kapseln da, diese reichten für den Morgenkaffee aus. Leider haben wir im Supermarkt keine passenden Ersatzkapseln gefunden. Der Whirlpool im Außenbereich war super, gerade bei der Hitze sehr angenehm.
Am Abend war der Weg vom schwarzem Tor bis zur Terrasse nicht beleichtet. Evtl. Bewegungsmelder defekt oder falls nicht vorhanden, als Tipp, anbringen.

La casa era muy agradable y cómoda, y las instalaciones perfectas, todo muy nuevo y la comunicación perfecta.
En una de las habitaciones había bastantes hormigas, deberían solucionarlo.
