Great location, well priced and very welcoming

A warm welcome from Elisabetta who was very helpful throughout the stay. The flat is in a great location -short walk from the historic centre but near lots of shops and good restaurants. Large rooms. Small but functional kitchen and a good coffee machine with a supply of coffee pods. We really appreciated the welcome pack of wine and snacks.

A great stay in a lovely apartment in the city centre.

Clean and modern apartment with a very gracious host who was very warm and welcoming. Central area near the main squares and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely clean spacious apartment. Elisabetta was lovely and they left a welcome box with snacks and wine which was a lovely touch. Would happily stay again and recommend to anyone going to Bologna

Great stay, lovely experience

The hosts were lovely and very understanding, it was incredibly easy to talk to them and communicate everything regarding our needs and arrival time, they even gave us suggestions to make our trip easier and more enjoyable. The appartment was clean and very well stocked, all of us loved it. It had everything we needed. We would most definitely book it again and recomend it to others.

Very clean, modern, and quiet (great thick windows). Beds were comfy, shower was hot and nice, and hostess was super sweet and gave us wine and snacks on arrival!

The apartment unfortunately was very noisy. I understand being in the centre of the city its expected to be noisy but this was Lots of street noise and the tenants upstairs were very loud and noisy all night. This may have been a one off but we didn’t sleep at all.

Elizabetta our host was so lovely! She had a chilled local wine for us with some snacks which was perfect for relaxing.

Great location and exceptional hosts

Our hosts we're exceptional and went above and beyond for any property we had been to. They even helped arrange the pick up of some child car seats from Amazon. It was a very comfortable stay, the location was great, close enough to the station and right in the heart of Bologna

A beautiful apartment, perfectly hidden away in the centre of the city! Was spotless, Pierce has paid attention to every detail to ensure we had a wonderful stay. He warmly greeted us, shared info about local eateries and highlights in the city. We wished we were able to stay here longer! Excellent value.

Perfect

Great location, the property was beautifully maintained. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and extra special touches like a welcome gift. The owners were so helpful and responsive to questions I had and very flexible with helping us by storing our luggage before and after checkin/checkout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back to beautiful Bologna.

Best choice for us and our pet!

Elisabetta is fantastic, kind and extremely flexible, and the apartment is exquisite.

It was best for me to wear my earplugs during the night. The rest of the group didn’t have any problems.

We only had two nights in Bologna and this was a great place to stay

Great location for exploring Old Town, close to market, good supermarket and restaurants. Hosts met us on arrival and given wine, chocs water and juice. Loved our stay

No actual living space - TV was in bedroom but we just used single beds as couch

Perfect stay in Bologna

The apartment is very easy to arrive to from the airport. You can take the Marconi train and then a bus or simply walk. The position is central, at a walking distance from most of the points of interest. Francesco and Elisabetta were great hosts. They waited for us to do the check in even if we arrived a bit late and they let us check out a bit later because our baby needed a nap. They even gave us presents. The apartment is big, very clean and modern. The kitchen has anything you would need even for a longer stay. They provided a baby crib for us and they even had toys. Although the apartment is on a busy street, there is no noise. There is an elevator in the building. There are two bedrooms, each with it's own door, a common area for entrance and kitchen and a bathroom. It can easily accommodate a group of friends or a family. We could leave the luggages with them after check out to walk a bit in the city. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Perfect apartment in the perfect spot.

The AC was beautiful in the record heat! The apartment was clean and modern and the shower was excellent. The bottle of bubbly was very welcome. The Piazza Maggiori was only 5 mins walk away. And there was loads of lovely little street cafes just behind the building.

A communal sitting area would have made the whole place perfect! Other than that I can't think of anything else negative.

Perfect apartment in great location and wonderful hosts - 10/10

This apartment is fantastic! It is spacious, comfortable, appears to be very recently renovated to a high standard and is in a great, safe location (8 / 10 minutes walk to main shopping street and the beautiful old town). The shower was amazing and it was all immaculately clean. Our hosts, Elisabetta and Pier Francesco were welcoming, communicative and extremely helpful in every way. We very much appreciated the water, cold drinks and welcome snacks. A perfect place to stay in central Bologna - we can't wait to return! Thank you for everything.

Amazing stay!

Is very spacious and sparkling clean! Pier and Elisabetta went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Is walking distance from the grand plaza and easy to get to from the train station (walking or by bus). It was six of us and we all loved the apartment, it has all the amenities you can think of and full of lovely details. the wifi was great and the shower is amazing!

The bathroom door doesn’t have a lock BUT we fixed that “issue” by simply putting a sock in the door handle. Other that than the place is great and we could not recommend it enough.

O proprietário esperou que chegássemos perto das duas da manhã para fazermos o check-in com ele; - Oferta de um cabaz de boas vindas; - Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis; - Localização fantástica face ao centro de Bolonha.

Os únicos comentários menos positivos a fazer são o facto de só haver uma casa de banho para 6 pessoas e não haver uma sala de estar.

Apartamento a 7-8 min del centro. Super bonito, con dos habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y otra con 2 camas individuales. Baño completo y amplio. Cocina con todo lo necesario, también muy completo. Los dueños muy amables, tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos vino, dulces, alguna bebida... Sin duda recomendaría el apartamento y por supuesto, volvería.

El apartamento es ideal. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Es amplio, luminoso y cómodo. Bien equipado. A unos 10 minutos del centro andando. Pierre y Elisabetta son un encanto. Estuvieron bastante pendientes de que no nos faltase de nada y nos facilitaron mucho tanto la entrada como la salida al apartamento, así como el guardarnos el equipaje hasta la hora del vuelo. Gracias.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, a látnivalókhoz közeli az apartman. Kényelmes és szép lakás biztonságos környezetben, szívélyes fogadtatás, rengeteg információ Bolognáról és a lehetőségekről. A parkoláshoz sok segítséget kaptunk a szállásadótól, a ZTL zónába való behajtást a közeli garázs intézi. A garázst célszerű előre lefoglalni, ahol 24 órás órzéssel még magas autóval is be lehet hajtani.
