We loved the central location of the apartment. So much space, beautifully furnished, extremely convenient and quiet! Apart from the glorious bells from the clock tower - wonderful! The UR-Nest staff were fabulous- we arrived late on evening and left early on our last day - they were happy to meet us and made the entire experience very simple and enjoyable.

Mancavano gli asciugamani. Ho chiesto alla persona che ci ha accolti (Sofia), ma ha detto che avremmo dovuto attendere il giorno dopo perché il personale della ditta delle pulizie ormai non lavorava più (e non erano neppure le 19.00). Nonostante le nostre insistenze, non si è minimamente interessata di risolvere il problema. Inoltre, i bagni puzzavano terribilmente. Menzione d’onore, invece, per Fabio che è stato molto disponibile e ha cercato una soluzione per i nostri bagagli dopo il check out.
