Amazing apartment in the heart of Bologna, such a great value.

We loved the whole experience. We got very useful instructions where to park our cars, how to get to apartment, got the key from the locker right next to main door and the apartment was a stunner, 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, it was unreal and it's all located in the city centre walking distance to all beautiful things and mainly amazing restaurants in Bologna. Absolutely recommend, such a great value.

How Italians drive in those small streets in the city centre but that has nothing to do with an apartment. :) Apartment was all great.

Great location, but beware.

Great central location, great communication from staff

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. Interestingly there is no communal space that would allow the 9 people the apartment can accommodate to sit together. The kitchen is too small for everyone to sit and there is no lounge room. A major issue is the shower door in one bathroom that is a massive glass door and is loosely hanging off the hinges. Amazingly dangerous. This has been mentioned in a previous review and has not been fixed. (The review was posted after we had booked) The shower door does not close so very hard to shower there with out getting water everywhere and you cant try and close it for fear it will fall off. The bathroom is also very very mouldy. The only toilet paper supplied would discrace a public toilet. The kitchen has a great fridge, stove and oven, but curiously only 4 spoons. Terrible kitchen equipment. The knives could not cut soft cheese with put bending. The dishwasher smells awful and there is only salt to put in there as cleaner. No tea towels makes handwashing dishes an interesting exercise.

Perfect for group of friends or a big family

Perfect for group of friends, 3 bathrooms which is an extra and very rare to find, very well equipped kitchen, in the historical centre, but on a small quite street, close the everywhere, 15 min to central train and bus stations, super fast response from the host, good recommendations for restaurants, luggage lockers, transport.

Clean, good location.

Location was good! Clean apartment.

Not enough mugs for 7 of us to all have a hot drink. Showers ran out of hot water. One of the beds had big iron knobs at the end of the bed, I walked into it as they just stick out and I had a massive painful bruise for entire holiday.

Great location but needs updating

Unfortunately I have to give this property a low rating because of two factors - the air conditioning did not work (or barely worked) and there was no living room or area for the group to sit. Honestly the host was lovely and came to fix the AC in the master and second room, but the reality is that the AC units in two of the rooms barely function and have no buttons. They need to be replaced. We also found some of the mattresses were not of great quality. The single bed in the yellow room and the double in the pink room. On a positive note: location is excellent, 3 beautiful bathrooms, great showers, a washer and dryer. Within a few steps there are restaurants, grocery stores, and about 400 m away is the city core.

The Air Conditioning not working!

Great location. Ineffective A/C

Location was excellent. Maybe 5 minute walk to the start of most tours, etc. It felt very safe and secure. 3 bathrooms really helped everyone (9 person group) ready quickly. Building was meat to walk through on the way to the room.

The one thing keeping me from writing a glowing review is the air conditioning. There were 3 bedrooms with three separate AC units. Of the 3, two of them didn't really blow at all, and the 3rd was still not enough to be considered acceptable. I literally was unable to sleep for 4 hours due to temperature (sweating, getting up to walk next to a fan, bathroom to rinse face). I'll add that I don't need blazing cold AC, but between 3 units the place should be able to get to a reasonable temperature so I can sleep (less than ~ 26C seems reasonable...). At $450/night I just can't recommend this place in the summer until that is fixed. (Yes I did contact the host about this and we confirmed that all three units were set up correctly. They were just very old bad units) Another oddity was that there was no living area, just a kitchen and 3 bedrooms/bathrooms. Not a problem necessarily I just didn't think to look for that in the description.

Honestly, we felt a little bit conned.

Central location.

We booked the property because it was described as having 3 bathrooms, but only after paying in full did we discover that one of the bathrooms was locked, and subsequently when we enquired about why this was, we were told there was a leak and it was out of service, and that we should just use the other two 2 bathrooms. This was an issue for our mixed group, and we would not have continued with the booking had we known this beforehand. Also, the air conditioning in 2 of the 3 bedrooms was non-existent, and in the third, mediocre at best.

Great location but would stay elsewhere that has A/C if it’s the summer.

Good amount of space and great location near a lot of the city.

As many say, A/C is practically inoperable. Don’t recommend for anyone elderly especially during the summer months. The beds also had layers of dust below them. Couldn’t use the bathtub due to a leak as well.

Very good stay in a conveniently located apartment in a lovely city.

Excellent location. Spacious, clean apartment, well supplied with facilities. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in bathrooms. Good a/c and fans.

No comfortable sitting area. No facility for separating recycling of glass, plastics etc. We were asked to take our rubbish to a street bin. No towels for drying dishes No table mats A lot of half used foodstuffs, but had to buy laundry detergent, coffee pods. Dishwasher needs attention - no rinse aid provided.

A great place to stay close to everything you need.

The place was great. Close to town, restaurants, cafe, supermarkets, main piazza. Kitchen was great, we used it in the morning to sit around and have a coffee that we purchased from local cafe. Great having 3 bathrooms as there were 7 of us. I really enjoyed the whole feel of this apartment, Green room was best room, nice mattress and best air conditioning out of all 3 rooms. There were a few minor issues which we coped with as we only stayed a few night, but they may be more painful if you are staying longer (see what I didn't like). Still, this was a great place to stay, we loved the location. I would only stay again if they updated mattress' in some rooms and fixed aircon in rooms. THOUGH, If it is not too hot the aircon would not be an issue. We had 37c degree days which made it uncomfortable which was unfortunate!

Mattress' in the YELLOW room needs replacing, I could feel the springs in my back, which made for an uncomfortable sleep, The air-conditioning in all 3 rooms did not work well at all, so we had to open all the windows so we could get cross ventilation in to sleep, I did end up sleeping in my daughter's room (green room) as this had better aircon and nicer mattress)

Estaba bien situado y era grande y estaba limpio y tiene el detalle de dejar cafe y complementos de cocina. Como punto positivo tiene 3 baños y esto es de agradecer y uno de ellos tiene un manguera para limpiarte. El hecho de que dejen toallas y secadores es un punto muy positivo.

Los baños no tienen pestillo y dificulta la privacidad No hay salón comedor y en la cocina hay una mesa para 4 personas y es un apartamento de 9 personas No hay agua caliente para nueve personas el calentador es pequeño a la que se han duchado 3 los siguientes se han de duchar con agua fría si es un apartamento de 9 el agua tendría que durar para nueve personas. No puedes ajustar la calefacción esta automática y no se puede regular. El último baño tiene una mampara que está rota y no cierra bien con el riesgo que supone que se caiga encima .

Обзавеждането на апартамента е позахабено и на средно ниво. От чистотата на баните има какво още да се желае. Най големия проблем е, че при капацитет от 9 човека и три бани, не може да има само един бойлер за топла вода и тя да свършва след втория човек. Отоплението за зимния сезон също трябва да се реши по-добре.

Ottima posizione, in una via tranquilla ma centralissima.

Prima di arrivare ci avvertono che la vasca di uno dei 3 bagni è inutilizzabile, all'arrivo scopriamo che la porta di un bagno è infatti chiusa a chiave. Abbiamo avuto quindi un bagno in meno ma sono stati gentili concedendoci tempo extra per il check out. L'acqua calda non basta per le docce di tutti. Nell'atrio di ingresso è presente una telecamera. Sarebbe corretto avvertire preventivamente gli ospiti o mettere opportuna segnaletica.

Struttura perfetta per 6 persone: tre camere da letto molto ampie ciascuna con il suo bagno. In un bel palazzo d’epoca in pieno centro ma in zona tranquilla.
