EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!

The apartment was very centrally located. Also, very clean, well maintained and furnished. The owner has thought of everything a traveler might need and may have forgotten themselves. The property management staff was extremely friendly and informative about the city. I have definitely bookmarked this as a property for the future!

The one and ONLY thing I could recommend is to add shades to the windows because the alley lights are quite bright at night and the sheers are not enough for adequate darkness.

Great apartment in Bologna center city

Everything was great! Communication and check in were helpful and easy; the apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, including the pullout twin bed. It was also nicely decorated. There was really enough room for 3 people in all the common areas. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and make breakfast and coffee every morning. It felt like home! The apartment seems to have air conditioning (we were there in winter, but it can get very hot in Bologna in summer so this might be important for other travelers to know). It was nice to have the extra electric space heater in the bedroom for warming up when we came inside after a cold day/ evening, but it was not needed during the night since the bed quilts were quite warm. The main thermostat was adjustable too. TV and internet worked well. The location was very convenient (and picturesque!), within walking distance of major sites in the city center, and an easy 20 minute walk from the train station for daytrips. Taxi/fare to station and airport were also reasonable since the distance was not too far. There was a notebook with practical and tourist information (recommended sites, restaurants, cafes, etc) and a map of the city which would be helpful for those getting oriented to Bologna. There were also clear instructions for contact during office hours and for emergencies. I felt very safe in the apartment and the surrounding area. I would definitely stay again! I hope I have the opportunity again soon!

Fantastic stay in Bologna…except for one mild dampener

Very large apartment. Location is central with everything ( shopping, sightseeing, food) just minutes on foot. The management was very kind and gave us an early check-in. There is a luggage store. The apartment is huge and very clean. It has a proper kitchen with a hob, microwave, and utensils, with good coffee and tea facilities. We found nothing to fault on face value. The bathroom was large and clean and had a washing machine.

We discovered quite late in the evening that the central heating is a bit clunky and the house can be quite cold as the outside temperature was sub-zero. In the bedroom, this was rectified by a functional radiator and a powerful AC. It was very late at night, and we didn't call the management agency. Maybe they would have been able to help out.

Great location and big apartment

The location is great, right in the center of Bologna. Everything at a walking distance (monuments, train station, shops, bars and restaurants). The building and the streets around are quite, despite the fact that it is in a very central area. The apartment is big (especially the room which is very spacious) and clean. The residence is very well organized, with a reception, and the staff is nice and helpful.

The guests can't use the elevator in the building (but the residence is at the first floor).

Great spot for a home base in Bologna!

Great to have a washing machine and drying racks at this point in our trip to Europe. Large table for eating, playing cards and organizing travel gear was a bonus. Kitchen was well stocked -- loved having coffee on hand. Location was great for seeing the city.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal for a short stay in Bologna.

We loved that we were right in the center of old town. Many restaurants and shops were nearby. We loved the porticos of the center. The property was spacious and clean. We were only a 15 minute walk to the central train station which made our travel easy.

I would have liked a coffee machine in the room. Something like a Dolche or Nespresso would have been handy.

Overall i would do it again.

Location was excellent. Grocery store around corner. Laundry machine was great to have. No dryer but italy is that way. Drying rack was sufficient. Had coffee stuff well stocked so you are good to go anytime. Overall a good stay!

Some things were broken but not a big deal. ( small light over bathroom was hanging down from broken clip. One stove burner did not stay on because thermocoupler was kaput. Needs more private window coverings on some windows. Small things, but definitly not show stoppers.

Roomy apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay

Perfect apartment for 2 people. Very clean, all rooms are good sized, pleasant. Bed is comfortable, curtains make the room very dark for sleeping. Great having a washer (located in the bathroom) and drying rack to catch up on mid-trip laundry. Very reasonably priced. Not in the exact city center but still a very good location One set of stairs up to the apartment; no elevator. As stated elsewhere, there is no reception desk onsite. There is an office across the street where the key can be picked up. They happily stored our luggage when we arrived prior to check in time. In the late afternoon and evening Bologna is lively with shoppers and restaurants.

Although this is a non-smoking apartment it smelled like smoke very strongly every day when we returned. Perhaps someone else is smoking in the building or perhaps cleaning people are smoking. Rating cleanliness lower because of this; otherwise this apartment was very clean. Apartment just above us was very loud with pounding sounds around 22:00 every night (ahem). From every part of our apartment this was quite loud. Perhaps look into 'insulating' the sound of the bed upstairs by moving the bed away from the wall, etc.

Great spot not too far from station. Plenty of spots to eat nearby (including fab little restaurant for aperas and pasta downstairs). Dont miss the deli down about 300m away if you want to eat in.

5 amazing days in Bologna

Location was great. Far enough out of the centre to be quiet, close enough to be a short walk to all the sites! It is self contained but who needs that with all the spectacular bars and cafes around. Around corner to good sized supermarket that has everything you need.

Central location. Spacious and clean with air conditioning in every room (much needed when visiting in August). A large bottle of cold water left in the fridge for our arrival, coffee, washing machine pods and cleaning products. Great for a family stay.

Nice spacious apartment hotel in great location

Great location and a nice apartment hotel. The room was spacious, with a separate kitchen area to the bedroom. Thanks for the traditional shutters, was nice and dark at night in the room.

Our only issue was that the air conditioning is quite loud. As a light sleeper, this was a little troublesome, and in the end, we left the AC off overnight (which was fine, the room stays quite cool)

Well located and comfortable apartments, ideal for group or families

We travelled as a group and booked 2x 2 bedroom apartments. Each apartment had two large bedrooms and one bathroom with washing machine, and a separate kitchen/sofa area. Beds were firm, but we really enjoyed our stay here. Well located in a quiet street, close to nice restaurants and sights.

Apartments were a bit old and we weren’t allowed to use the lift, but neither of these things were much of an issue. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely stay for group of four

Location. Very secure. Rooms were spacious. Quite area. Close to shops and restaurants. Great air conditioning. Hosts were brilliant, organised a taxi for us to the airport. Check in was really easy.

No lift. Shower head wouldn’t stay up. Shower was small. Toilet exceptionally close to shower. Beds very hard, a mattress topper would help. TV in front room was really small.

Perfect location in the heart of Bologna

Our two nights at Studio Vita apartments were great. We collected the keys from the hosts who are located across the road from the apartments. Very easy to access. Just press the buzzer to Studio Vita and you will be let into the door, walk along a short hallway and there you will find their office, where they check you in, take payment and give you the keys with instructions as to which key works in which door. Daniel and his colleague were very pleasant and helpful with instructions. The apartment had three keys - one for the main apartment block, one for the door the the Studio Vita apartments on the first floor (there were 5 apartments on this floor) and then one large key which is specifically for your apartment (we were Apartment #5). A little tricky at first, but once you have mastered the large key it is fine. It is a very secure door which was reassuring. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with separate bathroom (with washing machine, bidet, toilet and shower), extra towels, kitchen with table and chairs, well equipped and separate bedroom which was large and comfortable. TV was located in the bedroom. The location is also perfect to access the city centre. We did a walking tour and the meeting point was around 7 mins walk from the apartment. They are currently constructing a new tram line system right along the main shopping street but we could still move around quite well. We were also very close to a local iconic restaurant, Donatello, fourth generation family who own it and the cuisine is very authentic. The tiramisu was outstanding! I would highly recommend the apartments.

The street is narrow and so there is a little street noise at night but nothing too bad and you could always close the windows if needed. There is also air conditioning if you need in the mid-summer heat.

Lovely long weekend in Bologna with a great accommodation location.

Excellent location, walking distance everywhere. Clean one-room apartment perfect for 2 persons, right next to the reseption of Studio Vita, which made it easy to leave luggage for storing before check in and also after check-out.

Excellent location, right on a city center and near the best places to eat in town. Lots of space, fully furnished, very clean and quiet. Everything was just great and the check-in instructions were very clear.

There was no elevator so we had to carry our suitcases upstairs.

10/10 for a family

The location was elite! Only 5-10 minutes walking distance from all the main attractions and great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was quite spacious for my family of 4, and most of all, comfortable and clean. Not to mention, the price was pretty quite good. The service was amazing. Their reception was right in front, and even though i didn't need their help, they did offer 24/7 service availability.

The apartament is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed only for two nights, but the apartament has everything you need and is perfect for a longer stay as well.
