Fantastic location between the railway station and the city centre. Lovely, comfortable apartment with great facilities.

None - couldn’t fault anything.

Everything about this apartment was wonderful. It was comfortable, well laid out and spacious. Everything had been so well thought out.The lovely, personal decoration, not a bland corporate design, made it feel like a proper home in Bologna. Plus there is airconditioning much needed in the June heat. The owners were very welcoming, kind and helpful and had provided wine, milk, butter, jams and many other basics you need when self catering. This was all included and a wonderful bonus to discover. The location was perfect, right in the centre of everything. You can walk to everywhere, including the bus and train stations if you want to go further afield to visit the motor valley of Modena sites by public transport. The property was also quiet. We heard no street noise or other tenant noise the whole time we were there. I highly recommend.

It was all perfect

We had an excellent stay at this property in Bologna. Despite arriving very late (late and delayed flight), our host made our check-in experience easy and welcoming. The place had everything we needed, it was very clean, the bed and sofabed were comfortable and it was tastefully decorated. Also, the location is perfect. When we left, our host kindly offered to hold our baggage for us at a store nearby, which was so convenient because we had a late flight back. We are so happy we stayed at this place.

When you come back home after a long day it is a bit tiring having to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to your flat and then another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the bedroom and bathroom. But if you don't mind that (it didn't matter too much for us) then it's fine. Just something to be aware of if you are traveling with somebody that can't climb stairs on a frequent basis.

Everything. Really lovely apartment in a great location but quiet at night. Comfortable bed and lots of lovely extra touches that make a difference - juice, milk and water in the fridge, toothbrushes etc in the bathroom. Emmanuele met us at the apartment and couldn’t have been more helpful, including organising a taxi to the airport. Highly recommend.

Nothing, but note the stairs to the apartment may be an issue for some.
