As many reviews have already said, it was a really great B&B. All equipment was new and perfectly maintained. In addition, for those of us who wanted to enjoy cooking with Bolognese ingredients, a kitchen with pots and pans, various kitchen tools, a large gas table, and an oven was incredibly wonderful. In addition, I was moved by the host's warm attention. It was very reassurint that he rushed to me in a few minutes even if I had a little trouble. When I return to Japan, I would like to introduce this hotel to our dear friends. The world's best hotel, casa fuori casa! Thank you very much!

Great place for a couple over a few days.

Everything is fine

Lovely place to stay — super clean & centrally located. The apartment was within an easy walk of all the major attractions in the old city including museums, tons of amazing restaurants, shopping, cool parks. We felt perfectly secure and were very comfortable in the scorching July heat thanks to the AC. For our dozen or so days in Bologna, this was an ideal place to stay.

The location was perfect — in the center yet very quiet! The house had all possible amenities and everything i might have needed during the stay was provided: all possible pantry items and sanitary supplies — it was more equipped than 5 star hotels! The host was very responsive and accommodating. Air conditioning was working well.

It is second floor without a lift, but the host kindly offered to help with the luggage
