Perfecta ubicación. Las camas son muy cómodas
Requiere reparaciones y mantenimiento: goma del frigorífico, manillas de la puerta, lámparas, televisión… Salta el fusible con demasiada frecuencia sobre todo si utilizas a la vez el secador y el horno. En ese caso hay que bajar a un sótano de contadores para restablecer la corriente eléctrica

La communication avec l'hôte était fluide. Il a été très arrangeant. L'appartement est calme et spacieux. La literie très confortable, les salles de bain très bien et fonctionnelles.
Dans le séjour le canapé n'est pas très confortable et il manque des fauteuils confortables lorsqu'on veut se poser à plusieurs pour papoter. Des couteaux qui coupent bien seraient super.

Location was great
Plumbing issues both showers blocked up. But it is old town Bologna. They did come quickly to fix. Also don’t stay Mon to Friday if you want to sleep past 7am. The construction is very noisy and you can hear noise from other apartments.

Nice location, everything in walking distance..the shopping street, the railway station, the main square,, small bakery for breakfast in front of apartment. We were 8 persons, and it wasn't crowdy. As our flight was late in the evening, the host offer to keep our luggage, call us taxi to the airport... The office is close to the apartment.
A lot of heavy doors that you need to open till you enter the apartment :-)
