Location, overall cleanliness, two bathrooms
Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. Only two large mugs in the kitchen.

Location. Close to so much. And it was indeed as the Front Desk said; 5 minutes walk to get there. Liked the Laundry next door, very neat and friendly. Plus liked how spacious and modern.
Did not like the fact that we could hear a saxophone player rehearsing but that wasnt so bad. Bad was the loud snoring at 5AM coming from the appartment next door that woke us up.

The location was nice, the place was well mantained
I had to take the key in a hotel, there was only one key, and if one person is inside, they have to go down to open the door for the other.
