I had to take the key in a hotel, there was only one key, and if one person is inside, they have to go down to open the door for the other.

The central location and the access to the reception at the nearby hotel where I was able to leave luggage before and after my stay.

Good base in a convenient location.

It’s a good basic apartment close to the train station. check in was easy - you collected keys from the hotel nearby. The walk to the central area is only about 15 - 20 minutes.

As a number of other guests have pointed out the kitchen is not well stocked and the hotel should check that there is at least 2 of all crockery and cutlery when preparing the room. A cork screw is also a must given most Italian wine is not in twist top bottles. It would also be nice to have a couch rather than a lounge chair, particularly if 2 people are sharing the apartment.

Horrid apartment, go to the Astoria boutique apartments instead, so much nicer.

I liked the fact that Astoria hotel agreed to moving us to their boutique suite, another 2km away but so much better

The photos and write up for a 1 bed apartment were so wrong,,, there was no sofa, there was one chair. There was no city view, we stared into a horrid carpark. The apartment stunk of smoke, it was absolutely depressing. Totally not like what the photos portrayed at all, very disappointed.

My son was using the sofa bed which was a bit noisy every time he turned. Would not prevent me from booking again though.

The location is near the train station, which I found very convenient.

Upon arrival, they gave me an ambiguous statement about the apartment having an issue and said that they would put me in another smaller apartment and cover city tax and offer breakfast as accomodation. The smaller apartment was terrible. My husband could not fall asleep until 5am, because it was so hot and noisy. We could hear everything from the hallways and from outside. There was no insulation. There was no remote control for the AC. The sheets were thin, and the bed was uncomfortable. It was nothing like what I had booked and saw in the photos. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Then, the next morning, as we were checking out, the lady at the desk asked how it was. I told her that it was a poor experience, and she proceeded to blame us and say that we should have called them about the AC. With what phone? There wasn't even a phone with a line to the front desk. The service was unprofessional and rude. I can't recommend this place, especially given the very high price.

The location is excellent.. the rooms are good bathroom is excellent

The keys are to be picked up from the hotel.. then you need to walk back to the suites we were a big group of 6 and so had a lot of luggage so we had to walk to and fro a couple of times around 200mtr just to get in the hotel

The location is very good - walking distance from the train station and bus stop with a direct bus connection to city center. We received the keys at the hotel reception which is very close to the appartments. Our appartment was very spacious. Online checkin was possible.

There is a space for improvement of the cleaning both in the appartment and in the entrance floor.

The man that checked me is a racist....he didn't give me information.... he gave me key and asked me to go out of the building and look for the hotel because the hotel is not in the same place as check-in... no breakfast...

the kitchen items is not enough & looks dirty . so we still have to wash & clean properly . The receptionist are all good , but of them looks rude to explain things .

Dirty, run down apartment and overpriced

Rude staff and filthy deplorable facilities. From the dark unlit hallway cluttered with paint tins and other rubbish, the dirty mouldy bathroom and lack of basic bedding,

-multiple light globes not working -plastic burnt on iron which unbeknownst to us transferred to our clothes -blocked toilet, shower & basin - -dirty walls & stains -lack of air conditioning resulting in a stifling atmosphere upon arrival -rude staff who when we arrived earlier than our check-in time and told we couldn’t access our room (which was fine) left our passports and our luggage including $20,000 worth of jewellery unguarded in reception for the day. Additionally when asked for basic guides gave us incorrect information. hand basin cabinet falling apart

The apartments were in a good location, they were good as price - they are affordable, and they had OK amenities. If you look to stay on a budget, it is a good option.

It was not too clean. Dishes, bathroom, table, chairs - dust could be found everywhere. Dishwasher was not working in one of the apartments. The furniture was old - the leather was peeling of the chairs. It needs replacing. The kitchen aspirator was missing from both apartments. There were some dishes and forks, but they were different and some were missing - we barely could find enough to have dinner. The door on one of the apartments had a lock which was not working. The parking was paid - on the hotel or on the street, both paid.

Awesome apartment !

We were very satisfied with the apartment . It was spacious ,renovated and very comfortable for 6 persons . It was even better than in the photos . Two bathrooms and large sitting -dining area for extra comfort . All in all , we would love to stay again !

The only two things we did not like : -the receptionist was not too friendly and the check in process took more than expected . -the surface of the ceiling inside the one bedroom was in terrible condition (large pieces of plaster/paint missing)
