- Günstige Lage (ca. 7 Minuten zum Bahnhof, 15 Minuten ins Zentrum)
- Gepflegtes, sehr sauberes Appartment und Bad
- Balkon und Fenster zum Innenhof, sehr ruhig
- Zugang mit Nummerncode, dadurch auch späte Anreise möglich
- Ausweiskopien müssen vorab geschickt werden für den Nummerncode, kann problematisch werden, wenn sie angeblich nicht ankommen.
- Küchenausstattung ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden mir Teekanne und einiges an Geschirr und Besteck fehlen.

Proximité de la gare. C'est le grand avantage. Équipement correct. 15-20 minutes à pied du centre touristique.
Le quartier. Bien sûr ce n'est pas en hyper centre touristique mais l'environnement est vraiment moyen. La vue depuis l'appartement n'est pas belle (cour intérieure d'immeubles).
20€ de suppléments taxe de séjour pour deux adultes/ 2 nuits en espèces, non mentionnés lors de la réservation ce n'est pas agréable.
L'appartement est correct, mais le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas bon à notre avis.
Si nous revenons à Bologne, peu de chance que ce soit ici.
