Spacious apartment in the city centre

Spacious apartment with all amenities one may need for a comfortable stay. There is elevator in the building (albeit small). I really liked the high ceilings and the big window in the living room. Location is good.

The water pressure is a bit low. There are no hangers for towels in the bathroom - adding some would be appreciated.

Not a good stay, wasn’t what we had booked.

We didn’t get to stay in the place we booked. We were told the apartment was having plumbing problems. The apartment we were moved to was terrible. But we were told they wouldn’t charge us for the upgrade, of the bigger place. We book our accommodations carefully, the apartment given to us was nothing we would book. As we were only staying 2 nights we tried to make the best of it, as we had a tight schedule and no time to mess around with our accommodation.

The new apartment was not suited for us. The furnishings were unpleasant, old couches with blankets draped over them. It sits above a cafe/bar the noise level in the bedroom is awful, we hardly slept for the 2 nights we were there. There was no coffee maker or coffee. The check in host was late, no apologies and then ran up the stairs and waited for us with no offer to help. Not welcoming or pleasant.

Fantastic location quiet and safe

It was a fantastic location and they had coffee ready to make on location! Keep an eye on the other reviews of how to access reception. They’ll give you the keys to the apartment once you check in and you walk around the block with a map. Super easy to navigate but worth noting.

I think this may have been a misconception on my end but I didn’t realize I booked more of the dim lit studio stay. The shower was super small.

Great fully serviced apartment in the heart of Bologna

Really handy to have a full apartment with some space when you are travelling, this ticked all our boxes and we were very comfortable during our stay. The location was 10/10, so close to everything and we had so many great restaurants and everything we could need close by. Bed was comfy too.

Main shower was VERY small and nowhere to put any toiletries which was difficult. It was a bit hard to get in the building, they should clarify on the entry instructions that the reception is located inside the building and you need to press the BUZZER for Studio Vita. Luckily a local resident helped us as we were confused by a Residenza Ariosto sign on the opposite side of the street at number 9.

Could Use a Little Improvement

Great location, staff was helpful. Towels and linens good. Quiet at night.

Needed better cleaning especially in the shower and kitchen. A little beat up, but I guess it gets a lot of hard use. Some basic amenities missing like a toiletrie shelf or rack in the shower and more complete kitchen. No dish towels! Kitchen table has legs that slope outward to the floor. Weird. I stubbed my toes many times. Very minimal decor. Could be a lot nicer for the money.

Close to Railway station as well as to the historical Centre of the town. Friendliness of Martina and the reception staff. Spacious one bedroom apartment with all the facilities one would have in their home. In other words "Just Perfect"

The accommodation was good except for the lack of cooling in the bedroom.

Central location and had lift to the 3rd floor which made it easy to move the luggage. Large kitchen area and comfortable space.

The bedroom only had an evaporator cooling system which was far too noisy and not effective. Not comfortable to sleep on very hot and humid days.

Lovely apartment, well located. Fix the A/C!

Location was great, elevator a god send, beds were comfortable and everything was well-stocked.

The air conditioner in the main bedroom made pumping sounds all night so I couldn’t sleep well. They drained it twice, but after a couple hours the noise resumed. A lot of past reviewers complaints were rectified - a cutting board and salad bowl for example. But the complaints about the noises A/C don’t appear to have been fixed.

Location excellent, reception staff invaluable, inc getting taxis otherwise impossible in Bologna!

Excellent reception staff who dealt with minor problems which arose, and provided useful local knowledge including a map with nearest supermarkets, chemists, restaurants etc.

Missing instructions for one a/c unit - a rather noisy one in the bedroom which was difficult to put on a quiet setting. no jugs for making filter coffee in a way which wasn't the ubiquitous tiny espresso Bialietti, no bowl large enough for a mixed salad - a just a rather sad little blue plastic bowl, bare minimum amount of crockery and cutlery which didn't allow different utensils to be used for preparation and eating

Restful and enjoyable stay

The apartment was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary equipment. There was a washing machine yeah. Staff were friendly and helpful .Location was good.

Lovely apartment in ideal location

Perfectly located to explore the city. Everything you need close by. Comfortable apartment, bigger than expected, perfect for the 2 of us. Felt very secure and apple TV was a bonus. Check in was straight forward.

Exceptional

Loved the separate living rooms that allowed us all some space as well as some togetherness. It was pretty and clean and quiet. Great access to shops and public transportation.

There was only one set of keys available. That made it difficult for us to go our separate ways. it also raised concerns about being able to get out of the building in case of a fire, since the hallways and front door need to be unlocked from the inside as well as from the outside. The fire codes in Italy must be different from other countries.

Perfect location for central Bologna

Perfect city break location. Close to everything but set back away from the main roads. The staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment felt homely, safe and secure. We did not use the kitchen but there were basics to get by if needed. Really happy with our stay and would love to stay here again.

We were a little confused on arrival on how to get into the building. After a long day of travel, it took a while to notice the Studio Vita label by one of the buzzers. It would have been useful to mention this on the access instructions but we found it in the end and our holiday began.

Beautiful apartment, great location, lovely staff

Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and nicely decorated, with a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. After weeks of travelling we were so happy to arrive and find a washing machine inside as well! The location is perfect for walking everywhere and the two balconies make it nice to enjoy some fresh air. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. would absolutely stay again!

Shower wasn’t great, the head could use replacing and we had some trouble with the temperature changing from hot to cold a lot.

air conditioning was noisy and didn’t bring the temperature down enough. open plan second bedroom was fine for us but wouldn’t suit everyone. we didn’t cook anything but kitchen looked limited
