Fantastic location very comfortable beds
Plummimg a problem. Toilet sometimes difficult to flush. Bathroom sink draining very slowly. No tea towels or kitchen roll

Excellent location
The equipment level was poor for a property of this size (eg no corkscrew, incomplete set of cutlery, two person coffee maker for a unit for 5 people, no DVD player as claimed etc). Also clothes in a bedroom drawer. But biggest issue was cooling - there were 4 cooling fans supppied, 3 of which were broken. We reported this immediately but they were not replaced. The fourth fan had a guard missing and our 2 year old grandson came close to getting injured. In short - zero care. I would not stay there again.

Great location close to the Old Town , very roomy and spacious
No air conditioning with only 2 pedestal fans to try and circulate air on 38 degree days on a 3rd floor apartment with no operating lift (the ceiling fan was broken which we mentioned to staff) Other than that it was roomy and central location. We ended up booking a hotel room with air conditioning so we could breathe and only stayed the 1 night out of 3 we paid for . If the weather was cooler this apartment would be fine .
