Location Adequate for a short stay with intention to pass little time in the apartment. Good value for money.
Unacceptable level of noise from another apartment on one evening into the early hours.

L'appartement est central et très bien situé pour visiter Bologne. Il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis, il est dans le ciel, lumineux et plutôt calme. Les pièces sont spacieuses et agréables, hautes de plafond.
Il est équivalent à un 4ème étage et nous n'avons pas accès à l'ascenseur, qui est réservé aux résidents. L'équipement de la cuisine est minimal, deux petites cuillères, pas de passoire, pas de cafetière, le four ne ferme pas... La tuyauterie de la douche fuit.

Great location close to the Old Town , very roomy and spacious
No air conditioning with only 2 pedestal fans to try and circulate air on 38 degree days on a 3rd floor apartment with no operating lift (the ceiling fan was broken which we mentioned to staff) Other than that it was roomy and central location. We ended up booking a hotel room with air conditioning so we could breathe and only stayed the 1 night out of 3 we paid for . If the weather was cooler this apartment would be fine .
