Canaletto apartment by Lesdomus

Amazing location. Very easy to navigate around the city. Surrounded by excellent variety of bars and restaurants. Property was clean and spacious.

Difficult to access. The phone number provided didn’t work so had to wait outside. Only waited a few minutes as team were very responsive on messaging.

Apartments was an easy walk from Bologna Centrale train station. Walkable city, very pretty - lots of marble, nice park. We found a grocery store for my yogurt, and lunch; locally owned and not far from apartment. Very nice coffee Bar across the street (where we had coffee every morning). Washer excellent - they have a drying rack in the closet to hang clothes to dry. Heated leftovers once while there. Bologna is mid way from Venice and Florence; this is why we chose this city.

Stay too short

La ubicación era ideal, en el centro histórico, a manl dd todo, rodeada de restaurantes. El apartamento está reformado y no hay ruido a pesar de estar en el centro.

Market nearby, close to restaurants. Localized between old town and train station. Good heating. Considerate host, responds fast to messages. Host allowed early checkin. Kitchen washing machine.

Host asked me to sign a contract outside booking.com, for liability in case of damage to property. Old furniture. Two hinge screws became loose on a door and had to fix them for fear of being invoiced for damage to property. Overall the apartment has many small damages that could be invoiced as damage to property by the current tenant. Only one pair of keys, but we were two couples and had to sync. The kitchen ceiling lamp was hanged too low and I hit my head a couple of times.
