Realkasa Venus Apartment

This is a large property in a fantastic location. The Double bedroom is lovely with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe and the balcony off it.

The staff were late to let us in. Which was okay but when we called the office we were told we were staying at a different apartment down the road. Once we got there we were told we weren’t and that we were staying at the original apartment. This was a little frustrating as no one seemed to know what was happening and it was very hot to be dragging cases up and down the road. The apartment has a lot of wasted space and very cramped second bathroom. Which is more of a laundry room. The most negative thing about the apartment was the rat droppings all over the balcony when we arrived. Disgusting. We cleaned it before we sat outside but over night the rats obviously came back and used the patio as a toilet. Surely the owners must know about this and should deal with it. Very unhygienic.

De locatie is 10/10! Midden in het centrum. Mooi, ruim appartement, fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren voor 4 personen. Het balkon was ook heel fijn midden in de stad. Alles voorhanden.

Het is was niet echt goed gepoetst (vloer) dat kon beter.

Wonderful apartment, very clean and great location close to all tourist attractions by walking. Staff friendly and helpful. I truly recommend to anyone who would like to travel to Bologna. Lovely, i really recommend

Előbb érkezett a repülőnk, mint a bejelentkezés lett volna, de a szállásadó rugalmas volt és hamarabb elfoglalhattuk a szállást. Jól felszerelt volt a konyha.

Az első este egy kicsit hűvösebb volt.
