The apartment was lovely. I saw a couple comments on the heating system not heating up, this was not a problem on my stay. The apartment was nice and warm and the location was exceptional.
I don't know if the tenants on the above floor were temporary or live there but you can hear them a bit, more in the mornings than any other time.

Korter on heas asukohas, ruumikas, pigem moderne ja hästi sisustatud. Turvaline, vaikne. Korteris on üks eraldi magamistuba, teine magamistuba on avatud siserõdul köögi/suuretoa peal.
Põhiprobleem seisnes selles, et rentisime selle korteri just seetõttu, et seda reklaamiti konditsioneeriga majutusena. Tegelikkuses konditsioneerid ei töötanud ning jäi mulje, et majutaja oli sellest teadlik, kuid ei teavitanud meid probleemist enne saabumist.
Kui väljas on temperatuur umbes 30 °C, on ilma toimiva konditsioneerita korteris viibimine ebamugav. Õnneks olid korteris olemas kaks ventilaatorit, mis olukorda mõnevõrra leevendasid.
Konditsioneeri puudumise tõttu lubati meile 30% hinnasoodustust, kuid tegelikuks kompensatsiooniks kujunes lõpuks vaid umbes 15% majutuse maksumusest.
