Excellent stay in Bologna, would visit again.

We had fantastic breakfast at Felicity Bistrot & Croissanterie, which was 3 mins away. The property is close to the city center, within 10-15 mins to the central square. Spacious apartment, very convenient for a family of four.

Bathroom could be a bit better.

Convenient location but very noisy all hours

The property was conveniently located for the tourist centric area, a sedate 20 minute walk was perfect to appreciate the architecture and soul of Bologna. The apartment was located over its own courtyard offering a modicum of privacy.

Although the apartment was located over its own private courtyard, it was also next to what we discovered was a so called rat run for traffic, so the noise from traffic was significant. What was even worse were the rubbish collections which took place between 01.30 and 02.30 AM (yes in the early hours of the morning)

a beautiful stay, close to my cooking schools, Bologna is definitely underrated !

super super clean, coffee all cutely set up, dishes in cabinets, great bed/linens, small bathroom but they all are, full fridge, and lots of windows that open out to a gorgeous courtyard. extremely safe/gated. definitely coming back.

having to get my suitcase up and down the stairs but that was my choice to bring such a big suitcase! However, the nice man did take my suitcase for me, all the way to the checkin office, to the apartment, which is kind of far just fyi

Clean, new apartment in central location- about 15 - 20 minutes walk from the station

Everything was brand new, the location was great to walk to the city centre. Quiet inner courtyard meant it wasn’t noisy. staff were friendly and responded to any questions immediately. there were 3 of us, so the sofa bed was great and the washing machine was useful for mid trip laundry.

Like many older buildings in Italy there was no elevator so hauling luggage up stairs was a bit awkward- but we were on the first floor. I think there’s a another apartment on the second floor.

Hemos tenido una estancia estupenda en el apartamento. La ubicación es perfecta: a solo 15 minutos andando de la estación de tren, lo que nos permitió movernos cómodamente a otras ciudades, y también a 15 minutos a pie del centro. La zona es muy tranquila y cuenta con supermercados y servicios cerca, lo que lo hace muy práctico. El apartamento estaba todo muy limpio, bien cuidado y muy cómodo. Además, el personal ofreció un servicio excelente: respondieron a nuestros mensajes de WhatsApp con mucha rapidez y estuvieron siempre atentos a cualquier duda. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable para alojarse. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Perfecta ubicación y atención

Me encantó la zona, los servicios, museos y lugares de interés cercanos. Apartamento bonito y muy limpio. Durante la estancia se rompió un utensilio de cocina y nos entregaron uno nuevo en cuestión de horas. Gran comunicación a cualquier hora.

La cama de matrimonio no era muy cómoda psra varios días, y en la cocina faltaban esenciales de cocina como alguna especia o aceite de oliva.

Consigliato.

La posizione fantastica per raggiungere bene ogni cosa, ampiezza della doccia.

Assenza di zanzariere è stato un bel problema notturno così come il rumore della raccolta differenziata notturna che sicuramente non dipendono dalla struttura ma ad una richiesta di prezzo così ‘esigente’ il confort dovrebbe essere pari.
