Enjoyed the spacious and clean apartment in Bologna.

This was a clean and spacious apartment, easy to find, and perfect for our family. The location was convenient to the old town area, with many dining options nearby. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was updated and clean, with good water pressure in the shower. The host provided some thoughtful touches, including dental kits, slippers, as well as treats. Beatrice was super responsive, and the whole booking process was smooth.

Outside the touristy area though within walking distance from all the must see places in Bologna, the apartment was gorgeously cared for and a jewel on its own. Great communication with a great host!

We really enjoyed Casa Riva and are so grateful to be able to stay 😃

Very clean and lovely comfortable beds, good equipment provided for cooking, tea bags and coffee pods and some nice treats!

Travelling as two couples, for the most comfortable stay it would have been better to have some armchairs or another smaller sofa. There is plenty of room!

Really spacious apartment close to the historic centre Very comfortable with great facilities. Bedrooms and Bathroom were both excellent Area felt very safe. Have to say we loved Bologna.

Nothing to do with the property, but worth noting there is a lot of roadworks in the area and in Bologna in general. Wasn't an issue for us as we are up early anyway.

The size of the rooms were great, and the kitchen and bathroom were lovely and modern. The communication with the host was excellent and she went above and beyond to help.

The place to be in Bologna!

The perfect stay when you are in Bologna. On 5 minutes from Via de Pratello and close to very nice breakfast places. Very Modern appartment with everything you need. The owners are super supportive and we could always call or text them when we had questions.

Really great apartment! Best choice!

We stayed there 4 adults with 2 children. The apartment was really great. One of the best apartments I have ever stayed. Spacious, renovated, great facilities, appliances and attention to detail. Decoration was also nice. Near to city center and next to a commercial road with lots of bars and nightlife. Also the host was really great, very polite and helpful. Definitely one of the best choices!

L'appartement est nickel, avec deux grandes chambres. Il est bien insonorisé, moderne, pratique. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut oour cuisiner et l'accueil est très chaleureux et sympathique.

Le quartier en lui-même n'est pas tip top. Il faut aller vers le centre pour que cela devienne plus sympa.

Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Rundgänge in der Altstadt.t.

Eine sehr gut ausgestatte Wohnung mit schönem Blick über die Innenstadt. Besonders gut waren die Betten und die Trennung zwischen dem grossen Wohnraum und den Schlafräumen.

Die Baustelle für die Strassenbahn. War zu Fuss gewöhnungsbedürftig, in der Wohnung aber kaum zu hören.

Schöne große und moderne Wohnung, da Bologna recht klein ist kommt man überall gut hin. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.

Die Baustelle vor der Tür zieht sich wegen der neuen Straßenbahn durch die halbe Stadt, es hat uns aber nicht gestört.
