Casa Riva Bologna Centro

One of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in anywhere. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we go back to Bologna. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and incredibly high spec. Our family of four were so comfortable and enjoyed every minute of our time here. Having travelled around Italy, having an elevator here was glorious and saved us carrying our cases upstairs like we’d had to do everywhere else. We were welcomed to the apartment and shown around and the team were incredibly responsive and so thoughtful when we needed them. The ad said breakfast included and this turned out to be very generous indeed. Far more than we expected. Only a short walk to the centre of the old town, it’s in a great location for getting to the sights and being close to the station. Thank you so much for the stay, we loved it.

We really loved this apartment. It is a great combination of a fully modernised apartment with some lovely vintage furnishings. It is light and bright and spacious. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed and absolutely everything was in excellent working order. The air conditioning is excellent and we really appreciated it after the heat outside. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding lovely and crisp and towels thick and fluffy. The location is really perfect. Just an easy 15 minute walk into the very centre of the city down a straight portico road with lots of cafes and shops along the way. We enjoyed staying outwith the busy city centre as it was peaceful at night but still had some atmosphere. It was just me and my 11 year old son staying in the apartment and we felt it was a very safe feeling area, even at night, and we felt very safe and secure within the apartment itself. Beatrice was an excellent host and communicated lots of information to us before and during our stay and was quick to respond if we needed anything at all. Jasmin, who let us in to the apartment at the start of our stay, was lovely and helpful too. I would definitely highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again if I was visiting Bologna.

The only one small thing is that the lock into the apartment is slightly difficult. Jasmin did demonstrate the lock to us on the first day but, when we came back to the apartment later in the day, we struggled a bit with. We messaged Beatrice and she sent us a video to demonstrate which really helped but there does seem to be a certain knack to it!

Beautiful home within walking distance to the centre. Large, comfortable bedrooms and modern, clean bathrooms. I would definitely stay again!

Apartamento muito espaçoso e confortável, Decorado com bom gosto, muito bem tratado, limpo e organizado. Repleto de objetos, livros e informação sobre a cidade. A anfitriã recebeu-nos com muita simpatia e passou nos muita informação para explorar a cidade. Deixou vários amenities como chinelos descartáveis e escovas e dentes. Na cozinha encontramos café chá, azeite e vinagre balsâmico, molho de tomate entre outros produtos. A localização é boa, num bairro habitacional com supermercados por perto e a poucos passos das arcadas, em direção ao centro.
