Great place for this price, reccomended

Great location, easy check in. Apartment was clean and had everything you need and more. Air conditioning worked nicely, bus stop is not far away. Highly reccomend!

Comfortable and quiet, close to the centre, clean.

Close to the city centre, good cafes and restaurants close by, easy to find, manned parking in the neighbourhood.

Extremely disappointing. Sincerely regret booking at MONO Apartments Pratello

Very spacious bedrooms; lots of room for clothes. Fairly well-equipped kitchen. Handy location for walking into the historic city centre.

Total lack of soundproofing in the bedrooms which face the street, which is lined with bars that fill in the evenings and stay open well into the night. Then the street cleaners and delivery people come. Even with earplugs it was impossible to sleep, other than between 2:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. We booked for 9 nights; left after 3 (despite having paid in full) because we simply couldn't handle the noise at night. Also, our host said he had arranged a reservation at the parking garage; not so. Bathroom very cramped and shower still not fixed (see previous reviews).

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική! Μπορούσες να κινείσαι με τα πόδια και είχε θέσεις για παρκινγκ πολύ κοντά στο κατάλυμα . Άνετοι χώροι, όπως δείχνουν στην φωτογραφία, πολύ γραφικό και ωραίο κτίριο. Στα μπόνους η θέρμανση.

Το μπάνιο θέλει περιποίηση καθώς έχει αρχίσει να ξεφλουδίζει. Δεν είχε σαμπουάν ούτε αφρόλουτρο αλλά κάτι σαπούνια που δεν μπορούσες να χρησιμοποιήσεις. Χρειάστηκε να τα αγοράσουμε. Μικρό μπάνιο. Ο οικοδεσπότης δεν ήταν διαθέσιμος , στείλαμε μήνυμα που ζητούσαμε κάποιες πληροφορίες και δεν απάντησε ποτέ. Επίσης και η επικοινωνία για την παραλαβή των κλειδιών από την κλειδοθήκη είχε χρονοκαθυστέρηση κάτι που μας προκάλεσε άγχος.

Mieszkanie duże , przestronne, czysto , dużo ręczników, bardzo miłe przywitanie winem i sokami. Był problem z internetem, ale nie wynikało to z winny właściciela ani firmy tylko zewnętrzne problemy. Trzykrotnie przychodził ktoś naprawić problem.

Mało wygłuszające okna, hałas za oknem, chcieliśmy zostawic wcześniej bagaże , dostaliśmy informacje że możemy, po czym nie było kontaktu ii musieliśmy koczować przed budynkiem prawie 3 godziny

Eine nette Wohnung, doch leider liegt sie im falschen Viertel.

Bis auf den Eingangsbereich, der zugleich Wohn- und drittes Schlafzimmer ist, sind die Zimmer recht geräumig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Wichtige Dinge, die uns fehlten (zusätzliche Bettdecken und ein großer Topf), wurden rasch gebracht. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimanalage, die wir aber nicht in Anspruch nahmen (nicht jedermanns Sache). Den ganzen Tag über gibt es heißes Wasser. In der Küche gibt es eine Espressomaschine, Kaffee und Tee liegen bereit.

Der online check in war kompliziert und zeitraubend. Telefonisch war der Gastgeber nicht zu erreichen. Auf meine fünf E-mails bekam ich erst nach 24 Stunden Antwort. Ist das Schlafsofa ausgezogen, dann wird es im Wohnzimmer sehr eng. Nicht alle Bettdecken waren bezogen. Desgleichen ist die Küche recht klein, so daß sechs Leute nur sehr beengt Platz am Tisch finden. Warum also nur fünf von zehn Punkten? Das Apartment liegt in einem Kneipen- und Partyviertel. Rund um die Uhr gibt es Lärm direkt unter den Fenstern der engen Straße. Das Publikum schreit dort bis 24 Uhr, danach klappern und lärmen die Angestellten beim Aufräumen, um schließlich von Müll- und Reinigungsfahrzeugen abglöst zu werden. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, kommt dort nicht zur Ruhe. Und ohne einen erholsamen Schlaf ist jeder noch so schöne Urlaub nichts wert.

Bardzo fajny lokal, naprawdę czysto, ma wszystko, co trzeba do dłuższego pobytu: lodówka, kuchenka gazowa, zmywarka, pralka, w łazience komplet ręczników i inne udogodnienia, klimatyzacja (wszystko zgodne z opisem i foto). Świetna lokalizacja. Byłem tam z rodziną 2+3, dzieci były zachwycone. Dobry kontakt z obsługą i czytelna instrukcja zakwaterowania. Meldunek online.

Отлична локация и страхотен апартамент

Локацията е перфектна на пешеходно разстояние от центъра, има голям супермаркет наблизо и много заведения. Има всичко необходимо за престоя - сешоар, много кафе, пералня, съдомиална. Имаше комплимент студена бутилка вино - беше перфектно след горещият ден който имахме. Дадоха ни възможността да си оставим по-рано багажа. Много мил хост. Всичко беше отлично.

Чува се доста шум от заведенията, които са точно на улицата под апартамента. Но някъде след 23ч всичко затваря и става тихо.

Ci tornerei!

Appartamento grande e attrezzato con tutti i beni di prima necessità. Stanze ampie e pulite. Personale cortese e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Posizione centrale ottima vicina a ristoranti, gastronomie e supermercato. Ci tornerei.

L'appartamento è situato al primo piano di una via molto frequentata da orario aperitivo fino a tarda notte. Gli infissi effettivamente non isolano a sufficienza acusticamente le stanze. Per chi non riesce a dormire con rumore di fondo consiglio di portarsi dietro dei tappi (due bambine di 2anni e 5mesi hanno comunque dormito senza alcun tipo di problema)
